It was the first time after eight years in Europe that I discovered food that really matched the taste. The tripe was soft and sour, and the red and green chili sauce had the spicy feel of Thai millet. It catered very well to Asian tastes. The three of them couldn't order four boxes of soup without even trying. The owner’s grandma is very camera-savvy and enthusiastic, and even gave me a box as a gift. If Munich had this kind of food, I would eat it every day!

yeah that was a gooooood sandwich omg. the lampredotto was fantastic. the herb & spice sauce used was divine. also got the trippa which i liked but the lampredotto is the star. love how the cart also caters to many languages (mandarin, Korean, spanish, English). 5 euros for a lampredotto & it might be one of the best things I’ve had in Florence.

11/12/2024: Supposedly one of the top 101 steak restaurants in the world. It's a lie, in the Rio de la Plata there are more than 100 restaurants, and they all beat this one :) Italian food is very overrated, the meat from this place can be found in much better quality and flavor for less than a quarter of the price in my country. The staff and atmosphere of the restaurant is very good.
08/12/2024: First restaurant of our weekend here in Florence, I must say that the quality of the products and the service particularly surprised us. The guys were able to advise us well, the atmosphere was very intimate and formal. Highly recommended we will be back.
