Super friendly owner, and the food is absolutely delicious! We ordered the Lampredotto and Stracotto—both were fantastic. Don’t forget to add the spicy sauce—it’s a blessing for your taste buds!

I guess Chinese tourists come to buy more. There is a Chinese menu, but the types of meat are different, including tripe, beef cheek, tripe and brisket. You can make sandwiches or put them in lunch boxes. The stewed meat is scooped on bread, basil sauce and chili sauce are scooped on, and the bread is dipped in the soup at the end. I like spicy food. This chili sauce is a bit like the chopped pepper in China. It tastes a bit sour and spicy, and still has a slightly fishy smell. It is dry and spicy. It is suitable for trying once.

The lady is very nice and the Lampredotto sandwich is exceptional.

The Panino al Lampredotto in Florence is full of wonderful memories. I eat here every time I come here. The owner’s smile and delicious bread are works of art in the center of Florence!

Good stuff. I liked this better than Bambi and Nerbone. I'd recommend folks to just come here and try the tripe and beef cheek stew which has a lot more tomato flavor. The lady was friendly and it's no surprise she's fairly famous. Trippa alla fiorentina is amazing! It's really messy in a sandwich so we just tried the plate. The texture is not for everyone but I loved it. Kudos to the owner.

The best lampredotto I've ever had!

We also tried the beef cheek and beef tripe, but the beef tripe bun was the best, well-cooked and not too salty.
