Thanks also for taking the best photo of us on our way out the door! :) Hotel Lungarno is a top hotel in the prettiest boutique package. From the cozy lobby and bar area with the best Arno and Ponte de Vecchio views to the beautiful well appointed rooms. Honestly, I was like stunned the room was so lovely - classic and yet modern too. But the view of the Duomo and river from the 7th floor - I just stared and stared. The hotel is well located too. The only thing I could maybe have asked for is a gym, but I get it given that space is a bit tight on the river and the buildings aren't new... Honestly, we just walked and walked, so I didn't need a gym!

We loved our stay at Lungarno hotel! The location is fantastic and the quality of the hotel is superb! Everybody was nice and efficient. Ilaria and Ingrid went above and beyond to make sure we were having a great time and Elal’s smile made our days even more special.

This beautiful hotel is nestled along the Arno River with a stunning view of the Ponte Vecchio, the location couldn’t have been more perfect for exploring the heart of Florence. One of the highlights of my stay was the remarkable service provided by Imran. He went above and beyond to ensure my visit was seamless and enjoyable. His friendly and accommodating nature stood out from the moment I arrived. Whether offering thoughtful suggestions for local dining, assisting with directions, or arranging car service or simply providing a warm smile and helpful attitude, Imran truly elevated my experience. His attention to detail and willingness to assist made me feel like a valued guest throughout my stay. It’s rare to encounter such a dedicated and personable team member, and Imran’s efforts certainly left a lasting impression. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully designed with modern amenities while still preserving the classic charm of the city. and the bartender makes great drinks especially a delicious Cosmo.! Hotel Lungarno is a true gem in Florence, offering top-tier luxury and outstanding service. I highly recommend this hotel, and a special thank you to Imran for making my stay unforgettable.

Our four-night stay at this hotel was unforgettable, thanks to the incredible staff, especially Balal and Julia. Balal, the doorman, was kind, hardworking, and genuinely cared about our family, taking time to connect with us in the most thoughtful ways. He’s a gem—if you stay here, say hello to Balal and let management know he deserves a raise! Julia also went above and beyond by personally retrieving an item we left at another hotel in Milan. Her effort was a true testament to the hotel’s dedication to its guests. Beyond the exceptional staff, the hotel offered stunning views, a fantastic location, and delicious food. Highly recommend!

Best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Amazing location right on the Arno River with a view of the Ponte Vecchio bridge. Very clean & decorated beautifully. All the staff are amazing, Belal the doorman is the kindest, hard-working man!!! He deserves a raise. I miss it there already. 10000000% recommend this hotel
