The location right on the harbor and the very friendly service along with solid food make this restaurant highly recommended!

I'll start by saying that this was my first experience at a Michelin-starred restaurant, and I realize it's not for everyone's budget. So, since it wasn't a dinner, but a journey, I waited until the next day to process and review my experience. And I must admit, right now, the only thought I have is that I'd love to repeat it as soon as possible! It was truly an unforgettable experience! We went to Lunasia for our 13th wedding anniversary, and the restaurant is on the ground floor of the 5-star "Plaza e de Russie" hotel, decorated in a minimalist yet elegant style! The staff is highly trained and attentive, and they make sure to show that they know how to pamper guests from the beginning of the experience to the end. I also realize that not everyone has the training or palate to understand the chef's vision, or dishes of such quality, but discovering, appreciating, and savoring those flavors can only be good for the soul! I sincerely thank the chef and all the staff who delighted us during the evening! I hope to be able to return soon for another amazing experience.

My boyfriend and I went to this restaurant for our anniversary, and it was both our first experience at a Michelin-starred restaurant. We were pleasantly surprised by the care and attention to every detail: from the service, which was very professional despite the young waiters, to the dishes. We chose the meat tasting menu, and the sommelier paired us with four different glasses of wine: everything was fabulous and with truly unique flavors, in some cases perhaps even too much for our young age. A highly recommended experience!

Girolamo was very generous with his time and portions of Calvados! His colleague Asia was charming and very attentive to detail . All the staff in the restaurant were professional and my son and I look forward to our visit in 2026 and next years tasting menu.

NOTE THE STAR. A beautiful experience, accompanied by excellent service, a super clean and well-kept environment. I ate about a year and a half ago in this restaurant and I still carry a beautiful memory of it with me. Quite 'futuristic' cuisine, it can be difficult to understand for those who are not in the sector. Flavors that you carry with you for a long time. The restaurant is located inside a hotel along the Viareggio promenade, it's a shame that it doesn't have a reserved parking space. Dishes served and explained by a super prepared and very courteous staff. The only flaw I remember: the presentation and the exchange of greetings with the chef were missing, for the rest it is highly recommended to those who, eating well, do not look at the expense, which, for the experience is more than fair.
