Excellent restaurant, very well-maintained, delicious dishes, quality ingredients, excellent value for money, the owner is a delightful person, and the wait staff is kind and very professional. Highly recommended.

An excellent seafood restaurant in Minturno's main square. They prepare fish with original and interesting recipes, yet with a strong connection to local tradition. The dining room is a bit small, and the chatter can be a bit loud, but it's still possible to converse comfortably. The person who served us, perhaps the owner, takes pride in their work and what they offer. The menu isn't extensive, but it's adequate. We tried some appetizers, their excellent gricia with shrimp and pistachios, some off-menu paccheri with fish sauce, and an excellent fried calamari and shrimp. The wine list is quite comprehensive, and the prices are reasonable. If you're in the area, this is a good restaurant.

Perhaps one of the best restaurants I've ever tried, it rivals even the most prestigious Michelin-starred establishments.
