I highly recommend the Tuna Tartare with lime, capers, Vesuvian cherry tomatoes, avocado, and salted caramel - it's a masterpiece of balance, where the freshness of the tuna dances with the zesty lime and the unexpected sweetness of caramel. My wife opted for the Spaghetti with clams and tuna bottarga flakes, a dish that transported us straight to the coast of Italy with its briny, umami-rich perfection. As for me, the Beef Tartare with lemon, capers, and black truffle, served with a fresh salad, balsamic vinegar, parmesan chips, and fingerling potatoes, was an absolute revelation. Watching the Maître compose it tableside on a trolley cart added a theatrical flair that made the experience even more memorable. For dessert, we shared the Wild Strawberries with ice cream - a simple yet divine finale that left us savoring every spoonful. Every bite at LUMEN was a testament to the kitchen's artistry, and every moment was enhanced by Francesco's exceptional care. Fantastic all the way! Elegance, beauty, professionality and welcoming atmosphere. Perfect for a cozy and glamorous stop after a day walking the city. They'll make you feel special for sure. Great cocktail and drinks selection. If you visit in the afternoon, chances are you will witness one of their rituals.

I stayed in the hotel for 6 days -1/10 to 16, 2025. Had a daily breakfast at Lumen, a lunch and dinner. I also did in-room service (thank you for the chefs who cooked and servers who prepared/delivered my food). Table and food were always prepared in perfection. Shout out to Salvatore, Cristiano-Chef, Gianluca-Manager, Giada, Manuel, Pietro-From night shift and Max-Pianist for going above and beyond. 🤩🫶🏽Thank you all for making my experience truly extraordinary !!!♥️🤗🥳Absolutely an excellent service and high quality food!! The ambiance is always perfect from day to night. The hotel is a gem and truly the best address in Rome.🙌🏻🥰 Will definitely come back here.

Inside the St Regis hotel is this lovely place. The entire staff was just incredible! They remembered us every time we came in. Since we stayed at the St Regis this was our nightly stop for cocktails and nibbles

A unique place of its kind, rich in history and charm. We had an aperitif for two with delicious cocktails and appetizers. Not excessively expensive considering the location.

Después de una larga caminata por la tarde llegamos aquí para relajarnos con un buen cóctel. Los malditos Mary’s eran excelentes, el entorno hermoso y el personal el equilibrio perfecto de amable, elegante, profesional y atento. Una experiencia de cóctel realmente maravillosa - un verdadero placer.

CI sono stato per la seconda edizione di “Mozzichi d’Italia”. Un evento nel quale lo chef del St.Regis di Roma ((Chef Donatelli) invita colleghi, professionisti dell’alta cucina italiana contemporanea, per dare la loro interpretazione dei “mozzichi”, gustosi bite da accompagnare con drink & cocktails. L'atmosfera è quella è molto rilassata, il posto è incredibile tipico degli hotel a 5 stelle di stampo europeo. Il servizio è attento e curato. Merita una visita almeno una volta !
