We had the experience tasting menu which is based on tuna products, together with wine selection from Sardinia territory. The 7-plates menu doesn’t surprise me. The wine selection is not explained as much as I would expect. The price goes too much over, compared to what is offered.

Great experience, excellent service. We ordered appetizers, first course (obviously the "Nicolo" spaghetti) and desserts, all truly exceptional. Advised.

An elegant restaurant where the waiters and chef welcome you with a smile and take care of you until you leave. The food is tasty and unusual. Unfortunately, I have a plebeian palate and I couldn't enjoy it. The tuna tartare with mozzarella mousse was outstanding, but the shrimp carpaccio with scrambled eggs was tasteless. Nico's pasta was great, but the seafood soup baked under the pastry was boring and had too many ingredients. A gourmet restaurant with a spacious wallet.

Amazing fine dining experience. Unique and great option Vegetarian food was limited but just try them and they are beyond delicious.

Da vent'anni ho casa in Costa Verde ed ho sempre desiderato pranzare da Pomata, a Cagliari, mercoledì scorso ero seduta ad un tavolo di questo prestigioso Ristorante. Il signor Luigi ti accoglie sorridente unitamente al suo Staff. Le pietanze gustate mi hanno soddisfatto pienamente: ingredienti di ottima qualità lavorati sapientemente, consiglio vivamente questo Ristorante a chi vuol assaporare, oltre alla bontà del cibo, anche l'amore che traspare in ogni presentazione: quella non si può acquistare, Luigi ce l'ha dentro e la trasmette a 360°. High quality restaurant but reading the reviews I expected much more. The dishes I chose were good but nothing exceptional... the chocolate cake was pleasant, a good dessert before the very salty bill!

05/01/2025: The waitress welcomed us immediately and made us sit, we waited about 10m for 2 platters, an honest time considering that the place was full, good food and nice atmosphere 🫶🏻
