Every year, it's almost a must to come to dinner at this charming and welcoming place, since I've lived outside for years. This time, however, it was late, after 10:30 PM, and we thought they'd already closed the kitchen. Instead, we were greeted with the usual warmth and friendliness by the owners, with whom we even chatted a bit at the end of the evening! Of course, the fish-based dinner was always delicious!

The right place in Milazzo! At Ugghiularru I felt welcomed like at home: in the kitchen there are the father and mother, two true artists of taste, while in the dining room Giuseppe, the son, is of rare courtesy. I tasted the lemon squid—simply phenomenal! The fish is very fresh, cooked with passion and mastery, and the entire menu is a tribute to the sea. If you are looking for an authentic experience, this is the right place. Highly recommended!

24/08/2025: The food and staff are absolutely top-notch. We're from Catania, but every time we come to Giardini Naxos, Il Covo Restaurant/Pizzeria is a must! Highly recommended.
22/08/2025: The atmosphere is elegant despite being outdoors. Very welcoming staff. The mixed seafood appetizer was exquisite. The mixed grilled fish was really good, especially the swordfish rolls. The green ravioli with fish sauce were a real hit with my son.
