Lucky Alí In Cagliari

27/12/2024: despite being from Cagliari I had never frequented this kiosk on Poetto beach, following the advice of some friends who had represented the excellent cuisine and excellent service, today 26 December I decided to spend a few hours at the seaside and have lunch at the otium. Indeed the catering service is more than excellent, we had fried calamari, which is never easy to cook, with perfect browning and very fresh calamari. Another ultra positive note is the service: excellent and not understated, in fact, despite the place being full both inside and outside, we were served in a very fast and professional manner. Congratulations, we will definitely be back

22/12/2024: Went here to celebrate our anniversary with my partner. She recommended me to visit this restaurant. I can see why. The food is amazing, we ordered mussels and local traditional pasta (can't remember the exact name). Everything tasted great. I have to even say the bread rolls that was served were the best tasting bread I've ever had in any restaurant. Warm and nice and soft (most restaurants I've been to in the past were cold and hard bread). Prices are decent especially if you are a tourist and they have English written in the menu if you can't read/speak Italian which was great. It is possible to either have a seat indoor or outdoors. There's lots of shade available when choosing to sit outdoors which is great. There are toilets also available. I'd give it a full 5 stars, but my only complaint was that the waiters who are very friendly, took a while to come to our table. We had to ask the waiter to come over.
