Hello this place is absolutely phenomenal. We legit ate here 3 times already and debating if it’s crazy we eat here 4 times. The lasagna melted my face off and the pizza almost made me faint. The food is unreal and it’s so cozy- whether you sit inside or out.

I went there for lunch, my first meal since arriving in Venice. The main dish was their famous "Squid Ink Pasta." It was pitch black and looked a little unsightly, but it was surprisingly delicious. I think I'll become addicted to it.

I've already reviewed this, but I'll reiterate that this historic restaurant serves excellent traditional cuisine (the Venetian-style cuttlefish is delicious). You can eat inside or in the lovely garden. The staff is young, attentive, and friendly.

19/02/2026: Great food, amazing service, right next to the central market, overall everything was perfect
29/11/2025: I had the opportunity and fortune to attend this special evening for the Salute festival, and I still think about it. I went primarily attracted by the castradina, and found myself enjoying dishes spectacularly prepared by Stefano, the owner and chef. He was then eager and passionate about sharing everything those dishes represented, along with anecdotes and stories about Venice. I swear I'd never eaten a castradina like this before, not to mention the chestnut cheek, which literally melted in my mouth. The evening was incredibly good value for money. We'll be back!
