From a place called Smashie, I expect their strong point to be a perfectly smashed burger, and unfortunately, that wasn't the case (at least for me). I was drawn to it by some food influencer videos that encouraged me to try it because the product seemed truly worthy, but alas, I have to change my mind. Specifically: the meat wasn't smashed at all (my video proves it), the cooking was almost medium, and it didn't have a strong flavor, almost bland. Additionally, the fries were super salty, but I didn't mention this to the staff because I'd already mentioned the pickles and onions I'd asked for. They told me the pickles were on the bottom (which is true, but they absolutely shouldn't be on the bottom) and the onion wasn't there. In conclusion, the format is undoubtedly well-designed and thought out. I really appreciated the free refills for both drinks and sauces, but I would have expected the same attention to the main product.

Free refills with a wide variety of flavors, very good sandwiches, and perfectly cooked burgers. Very friendly and attentive service. I recommend the milkshakes!
