I was recently at this restaurant and left with the rare feeling of having experienced something special. The truffle is the undisputed protagonist of the menu, interpreted in surprising, elegant and perfectly balanced dishes. Each course is a small masterpiece of taste, with attention to the smallest details. The service is impeccable: the staff is attentive, friendly, but never intrusive. There is genuine care towards the customer, which makes the experience even more pleasant and relaxed. It's almost strange to think that cuisine of this level still doesn't have the notoriety it deserves. But perhaps this is also its charm: the feeling of having discovered a hidden treasure, which hopefully will remain that way, at least for a while longer. Highly recommended for those looking for a true, authentic and refined gastronomic experience.
