16/08/2025: The entire menu can be made gluten-free, except for the stuffed pasta. From the entrée to the accompanying bread, everything is gluten-free. Excellent and very attentive.

29/06/2025: The pros: very good and attentive service, with staff speaking perfect English. Beautiful setting in an old mill that was used to produce olive oil (hence the name of the restaurant). Very good value for money and interesting wine pairing with local and Sicilian wines. Excellent pasta dishes. The cons : some dishes were not as good and interesting as others (dessert and amuse bouche).
