The staff were helpful, extremely kind, and friendly. Super clean! Excellent cuisine, combining authentic local products with the chef's creativity! Spectacular location for the views and a strategic location for excursions, both by car and especially on foot... I highly recommend it!

A very pretty and pleasant mountain refuge. The owners are very kind, and the rooms are very clean! Dinner is a delightful experience with a surprise menu every evening. Negative points: a very, very big negative point regarding breakfast (see photo): 4 thin slices of bread, 2 extra-thin slices of cake, and commercial tea. Whereas upstairs they sell beautiful homemade cakes and herbal teas made from local herbs. Compared to other refuges in the area, this is a shame… it's possible to have a more substantial breakfast for €10 with 2 cold hard-boiled eggs and a few slices of cheese. For lunch, €7 for a thin focaccia sandwich where the cheese was practically nonexistent 😅 One small point to note: our room was next to the break room, and even though we were lucky enough to have a large room for two people, it was very noisy whenever someone took a shower. One annoying thing was that they had no Wi-Fi due to the village festival earlier in the season, and no mobile network inside the refuge. A very pleasant experience overall, in a beautiful little village, but the value for money wasn't up to par as it was too expensive.

We had lunch here while passing through, and since it was August, we had lunch outside. The location is informal, cute, and pleasant. The staff were very kind, the food was good, with just a few items, but all authentic, made directly by them. I recommend it!

We stumbled upon this restaurant by chance, but we had a really good time. We only used the restaurant for dinner. The cuisine was refined, good, and attentive to our needs, with good prices. Excellent staff.

Excellent cuisine, friendliness and kindness. A pleasant surprise.

A cozy, elegant place. The owners are welcoming. It's a convenient stop when descending into the valley after a day of hiking. Open until late. There's an interesting little shop with niche products. We found a special ancient type of corn flour! You always want to come back. I highly recommend it, even if just for a quick espresso or a slow herbal tea.

As soon as you arrive at Lou Lindal, you enter a world of small gestures, attention to detail, good food, peace, and kindness that accompany you throughout your stay. We had a wonderful time with Caterina and the entire Lou Lindal family. They were always ready to help and spoil us with food that exceeded our expectations. Thank you for everything, and we'll be back soon!
