For me Franco is an absolute genius in making pizza and I also share his mentality on the rules to respect when going to a restaurant. If someone wants to do as he pleases, he can make a nice pizza at home. Unconditional support! I recommend my favorites: the one with Ventricina and perhaps even better the Sardegna

Unique among Italian pizzerias; the wholemeal dough is fragrant and soft at the same time, the ingredients are top quality, like the inimitable menaica anchovies from the small company "Menaica" by Donatella Marina in S.Marco di Castellabata (SA). The pizza in the photo is called "Sapore di mare" and as Franco says the menaica anchovies make you feel that very taste of the sea that I am so nostalgic for. It is a privilege to be able to eat a healthy and artisanal pizza like this in Brescia, in the middle of a ruthless market dedicated only to mass production. This pizzeria remains, I hope for a long time, one of the gems of Italianness.

I've been hearing about Franco's pizza for years. The first thing I saw and felt upon entering was the serene environment and the very friendly staff. Then together with the master leavener I agreed on a pizza tasting since my guest was intolerant to dairy products. He was very good and very interested in giving us one and more solutions to our needs. Then came the pizza, it had been years since I had smelled the true, ancient and rare scent of bread and dough of great value. Delicious local craft beer. Licorice bitters in line with the rest. Real tasteful dinner. I can't wait to return, it will be a permanent fixture on every visit to Brescia. Thank you and congratulations to everyone indeed.

Only pizzas, but excellent ones, with selected products and perfect combinations. Tip: don't ask for variations, a wide menu for all tastes.

Locale informale, ma curato e accogliente nella sua semplicità. Molte le pizze proposte, tutte buonissime, tra le migliori della città. Da oltre quarant'anni una garanzia di qualità. Prezzi più che giusti.

Impasto leggero e digeribile(con una percentuale di integrale), quando avrete terminato di leggere le 4 pagine di tipi differenti avrete le idee un po' confuse ma in ogni caso cadrete bene in quanto i prodotti utilizzati sono di grande qualità. Servizio attento e cordiale, locale datato ma va bene così...
