I have been there several times and have always eaten very well. Very genuine cuisine with quite unique recipes. For example, I recommend the saffron risotto with parmesan ice cream: a delicacy. In the summer it is very pleasant to dine outdoors.

Delicious Piedmont cuisine, a vegetarian offering that will tempt you (saffron risotto with homemade parmesan ice cream). Very pleasant service. A little off the beaten track if you're looking for food between Turin and the mountains.

Everything excellent! Mix of hot and cold appetizers, 2 first courses, 2 desserts, 4 glasses of wine, water and coffee = €75 (coffee and Genepì offered) Excellent quality/price and friendly and professional service.

Posto molto alla buona prendiamo 2 antipasti vitello tonnato nella norma ma il tomino con uovo ricoperto da speck spettacolare. 2 secondi coniglio al forno anche no filetto di maiale con senape ottimo. Consiglio vivamente dolce il cappuccino buonissimo. Una bottiglia di vino bianco della casa tot 76 euro

18/08/2024: Marvelous. I could leave the review with one word and let you discover this splendid place. It will probably become a fixed destination every time we go to Aosta or surrounding areas. The open laboratory, the kindness of the staff (as it should be everywhere), the interior of the place are spectacular. Passion and talent in everything. A flaw as far as my principles are concerned: we should add the items on the receipt, not just the total and put the prices in the window. The only price seen is that of the pastries, the price per kg.
28/07/2024: Breakfast at Tiffany's? No, breakfast at Pitti in Montalto. Super environment, staff with smiles and kindness. Open laboratory, exceptional products. We are "forced" to go back. Congratulations to all of you🤗
