Every time we visit the region, we make a point of enjoying the Piedmontese dishes, especially the Tajarin with zucchini, sausage, and saffron! They're the best in the area! The rabbit en papillote is excellent, and the antipasti to share are a perfect introduction to this authentic cuisine! The service is fantastic!

A special evening arose with a business opportunity in a very nice, warm, simple, and appropriate location. The place resembles a beer hall, with dark wood and soft lighting (but it was clearly visible...). The welcome was warm and welcoming, and the menu was unique for a "work" evening. Varied, delicious, absolutely adequate and generous. On par with the best high-end restaurants, but without being pretentious or overdone. We ate in abundance.
