I just ate. The service was a bit confusing, as was the menu. The food and wine were good quality. The portions were just right.

We discovered it two years ago and return at least once a month. It's our favorite restaurant. The dishes are delicious, fresh, and plentiful, using excellent ingredients. Everyone is friendly, helpful, and polite. Valeria runs the dining room, George heads the kitchen, and all the waiters and cooks are a close-knit team of young people. The menu is intelligent and allows you to savor the essence of Langhe cuisine at competitive prices, and finally, in quantity (lately, other restaurants in the Langhe have decided to make you hungry!). Their first courses are the best you'll find in the area. Kudos to the taiarin (the best in the Langhe), but the "ris e coi" ravioli are no less. Go there. You'll be impressed.

I didn't stay, but only had lunch. I still give it 5 stars based on my confidence in the rooms.
Regarding lunch, despite the somewhat lengthy wait, the excellence of the dishes and the location are undeniable, as is the wine selection. A wonderful experience, thank you!

A fixed-menu restaurant, featuring quality ingredients and traditional Piedmontese dishes. The menu changes every two or three weeks.
The veal with tuna sauce didn't disappoint, although I found the tuna sauce a little too salty (and I eat salty food). Reasonable prices, friendly and helpful staff.

We went on Thursday, November 6th for dinner. Fantastic, tasting menu for €35, water and cover charge included, wine for €18 (do the math).
The meal was excellent.
The restaurant manager was excellent.
