I was here for a dinner with friends. The food was a little disappointing. And the prices are decidedly high, especially for the starters.

Good food, good wine, we draw a veil over the service, you can't put someone in the room who has to read the menu on an easel to know what comes out of the kitchen and has no idea what they are, (I mention the gnocchi al blu of the "valvarita" instead of the "valvaraita" which according to them had something to do with beetroot), the format of the "Piedmontese piola in the city" is now accepted but you should know what you're talking about! .

Traditional, typical Turin food. Even though we hadn't booked before, we found a place. The typical appetizers and agnolotti are delicious! Recommendation for a special dinner!

I haven't read all the reviews, but if there are any negative ones, it must have been an accident. We were welcomed with the utmost courtesy and professionalism. The food was perfect, homemade pasta made to perfection. In detail, veal with tuna cooked very well and accompanied by the hot sauce. Agnolotti del Plin that really deserve an honorable mention: thin pasta closed very well, tasty filling, cooked to perfection in the roast sauce. For dessert, a lemon meringue that spoke. Well done, kitchen team and dining room staff. Thanks 🙏

We opted for a Piedmontese menu, sharing a few appetizers and a boiled meat. Boiled for €20, very rich and satisfying.

We had lunch today, we had a very good time, the quality of the raw materials is excellent, everything was very very good. Friendly staff fast and very attentive. We will come back for sure

We went there a bit by chance. The little door attracted us. Tablecloth service, I like it. The artichoke flan was exquisite, the ravioli excellent, the small vegetables crunchy, the roast veal classic but tasty. For dessert we fell for the tiramisu and a super melting chocolate fondant. A very good surprise overall which changed our pasta/pizza

un pranzo in città buonissimo all'ombra di piante secolari in una piazza molto bella nel quadrilatero torinese, abbiamo scelto il menù da 3 portate a 30€. Buonissimi gli antipasti, mooolto buoni i ravioli di borragine e i plin....e dolci spettacolari....molto buono anche il vino sfuso....

Ristorante L'Ancora

25/12/2024: Parella neighborhood fish-based restaurant 🐟🐟 family run. The dishes are all excellent. It offers fixed menus, but we went for à la carte. A prawn cocktail, 🍤🍤🍤 a fisherman's risotto, my husband chose tagliatelle. The children had the usual Milanese with fried potatoes. The triumph of roast fish and fried squid and shrimp. On the homemade desserts: the owner prepares delicious peaches stuffed with chocolate and hazelnuts, truly excellent. The children preferred the classic profiterole. Then coffee ☕☕ killer coffee offered by the owner and so we celebrated Mother's Day for lunch on a Sunday. The place was full, so I recommend booking. The place needs to be renovated, but the dishes are delicious. Friendly staff and average service.
17/11/2024: I return to this restaurant after having been there for the first time with a 10/10 experience. This time I was disappointed not by the food but by the service. We booked for the first round, arriving right on time, even in advance, and upon requesting a first course we were advised against it due to the long preparation and alternatively we were offered a change of first course or to eat the second course first which would be quicker to prepare and consume the first course After!!! Absurd and embarrassing situation. At the end of the service before coffee, clearing the table without removing the crumbs in a high-level restaurant I find it a detail of no small importance. For the rest, very nice location and good dishes.
