This place has been a favorite with our palates for years!! I highly recommend it if you want to try typical Piedmontese dishes. The restaurant is well-maintained and set in Piazzetta IV Marzo, which, in my opinion, is one of the most beautiful squares in Turin. You'll find vitello tonnato, agnolotti del plin, risotto...etc., etc....all prepared/cooked to the highest standards!!! Try it...

A very cute little restaurant in the center of Turin with outdoor seating. Even though it was late October, it was nice outside, but several pigeons were crawling onto the tables. Typical menu with daily specials. Attractive wine list. The dishes were really good, but the service was EXTREMELY SLOW. Average bill: €90 for two starters, one main course, one dessert, and one bottle of €27 wine.

A traditional, well-maintained trattoria. The typical Piedmontese menu is extensive. The dishes are delicious and the portions generous. The staff are extremely kind and professional. The prices are fair.

Este restaurante fue el mejor restaurante que visitamos en Turín. El interior era como tomado de una película de la Italia de los años 50. Es fácil perderse esta pequeña joya porque tiene varios restaurantes a su alrededor que tienen asientos al aire libre y luces de neón, por lo que es fácil pasar caminando. La comida y la camarera eran fantásticas. Comimos agnolotti, risotto y un pedazo de carne encantador. Todo fue lavado con buen vino tinto. De postre fue el pudín local y realmente recomiendo probar el amaro llamado Bicerin. Absolutamente fantástica noche. 5 estrellas.

14/10/2025: I went to Trattoria Ciabot Pulaia last Sunday. There were six of us, and without a reservation, the staff were very kind in setting up a table for us on the porch terrace. We ate divinely, and the dishes served were delicious. The staff were very organized and the welcome was super warm. I also noticed that the kitchen staff was very organized and clean (all wearing hats), and the owner was very friendly and offered us a round of limoncello at checkout. Highly recommended, and we'll be back as soon as we have the chance.
