First experience after the change of management. This simple but welcoming restaurant offers sincere and tasty dishes, just like what you would expect from a neighborhood kitchen. The staff is friendly and makes you feel like part of the family. My 4 year old daughter literally devoured a plate of matriciana. If you want to taste local tradition or Roman pizza I can only recommend this restaurant. I will definitely be back.

During the last stage of the Via Francigena we casually stopped by this tavern for lunch... We had a great time: very welcoming environment and excellent food.

Great place, friendly staff, reasonable prices. We found them accidentally during an economic sunday (when the car traffic is prohibited in the city), and they were the only on open in the area.

Ottimo in tutto, avevano già privato fritti e pizza, oggi a pranzo siamo andate io e mia figlia ed abbiamo voluto assaggiare la carne che è eccellente. Per antipasto il tagliere per due persone era vario ed abbondante, la carne alla brace veramente superiore, ottimi i vini ed anche il dolce. Prezzi onesti e locale molto accogliente, personale simpatico e preparato. Complimenti

14/05/2024: Fabulous local, great service and and atmosphere! Amazingly patient waitress, she took time to explain to all the various dishes. Lovely food, great wines. Pasta was some of the best we have had in Rome. Save room for desert, the various options were tried by our large group and all were yummy!
13/05/2024: SO good. Many locals, only a chalk-and-blackboard menu, excellent carbonara.
