We went there today, to celebrate my mother's birthday. We took different types of pasta (strictly homemade), all delicious. The tasty and delicious appetizer.
We didn't have room for the second one and we will definitely come back to try it.
The owners are very kind and very helpful, the interiors are furnished with a fine retro taste and the price is very honest.

small restaurant in the square in Monacizzo, after a series of very good appetizers, we were quite disappointed by the zoagliatelle with olives and onion which were instead highly recommended.
the flavors were not very evident and everything was mixed together without a particular taste that stood out from the others, the dessert (cream with biscuits) was good.
the prices perhaps a little high for what the place and the cuisine are

Raramente mi è capitato in Puglia di trovare una tale qualità e una ricerca del dettaglio nella materia prima che viene poi trasformata in sapori particolari, mai casuali. A differenza di altri locali in cui si viene travolti dalla quantità (spesso a scapito della qualità) qui invece si scoprono piatti straordinari. Sorprendente l’uso raffinato della cipolla che viene fatto e assolutamente da non perdere l’involtino sia nella versione in bianco che con il pomodoro: attenzione non è lo stesso prodotto con due condimento diversi ma due distinti trip nei sapori della cucina tradizionale di un tempo! Servizio attento e accurato. Diventerà una tappa fissa durante le vacanze in zona!

Osteria only on the bill.
Rarely have I found such quality and attention to detail in the raw material in Puglia which is then transformed into particular, never random flavours. Unlike other places where you are overwhelmed by quantity (often to the detriment of quality), here you discover extraordinary dishes. The refined use of onion that is made is surprising and the roll is absolutely not to be missed, both in the plain version and with tomato: be careful, it is not the same product with two different seasonings but two distinct trips into the flavors of the traditional cuisine of the past ! Attentive and accurate service. It will become a fixed stop during holidays in the area!
