It's lost a bit of the spirit and energy it had a few years ago: a nondescript toast that I remembered as excellent, and above all, it's unacceptable that a Trento DOC sparkling wine is served with packaged chips and snacks from a suburban bar instead of, oh, what, a Apulian tarallo or a national bruschetta 🤷
The usual amazing location and no crowds.

Eataly in Trieste boasts a stunning view of the sea and the marina. Breakfast offers a wide variety of both sweet and savory options, accompanied by excellent coffee—an ideal place to enjoy a pleasant moment while taking in the city’s beauty.
The marketplace is just as impressive: upstairs you’ll find fresh meat and cheese sections as well as kitchenware, while the lower level is dedicated to an extensive wine selection.
If you visit Trieste, it’s absolutely worth sitting down here with a cup of coffee to quietly enjoy the breathtaking sea view!

Beautiful view, large assortment of food and drinks with slightly higher prices. Feel the spirit of Italy.
The only complaint about the service in the restaurant. We ordered 2 pizzas margarita buffalo and got a regular margarita, and on the bill the price of buffalo was 13.5 eur per pizza. The little one ordered it because she loves it, so we didn't create a problem, we ate a regular margarita but we were left with that bitter feeling of a cheated guest.

We were here for lunch – great quality, a lovely atmosphere with a view of the sea 🌊 and the harbor. Extremely friendly service, and reasonable prices too! Highly recommended!

This was not just a place to eat and taste once again the Italian pasta and specialties, but also a place to shop different Italian products - pasta, cheese, chocolates grapes wine, deserts.... a brilliant venue. I recommend it to everyone who passes by Triest as we did. It took as 1,30 hours, we stopped at a paid park8ng for 0,80 eur per hour.

Eataly in Trieste is a wonderful place with a view of the sea and the yachts. It offers a great selection of delicious food, a gourmet boutique, and a pleasant, elegant atmosphere. A truly atmospheric spot to enjoy your time and the beauty of the city.
