It's supposed to be an osteria in a historic building, but the interior doesn't convey the feel of a historic building, but rather of poorly organized rooms. The host was unwelcoming, almost annoyed, and disorganized. We had made a reservation, but they didn't have a table for us, so much so that he wanted to shove us onto an uncomfortable balcony. The staff were helpful, but not prepared. We waited to be served, and after urging the staff, I think they'd lost our order. All of this was overpriced. Only the taste of the food is worth it, but at what a price!!!

Average food, nothing exceptional, prices too high: €78 for an appetizer, two first courses, and one second course is crazy for an osteria. Embarrassing service, paid with a cover charge, which is proportionally very high. They should have given us a free cover charge, as I think the waitress was on her first day at work, knew nothing, and always had to ask the head waiter for everything. Besides being non-existent, she also made the wrong delivery. Water from the purifier was served in a bottle, charged as if it were regular water. We won't be returning. Too touristy a place.

Highly recommended! Everything is excellent and attention to detail is taken care of.
The welcome is excellent, the food follows Apulian tradition, the cleanliness is excellent, and the service is super fast.
The waiter Arafat is very friendly, professional, and kind.
You can immediately see the harmony between the owner and his employees, which is fundamental.

The first thing you notice is the lady making the orecchiette by hand.
A well-kept and very rustic place.
Homemade cuisine, generous traditional dishes, and a riot of flavors.
Attentive and precise service.
Everything perfect, from the starters to the desserts.
Highly recommended.

I really enjoyed the menu: all the traditional Salento dishes to share with tourists, an excellent selection.
I don't think I'd return for the meat; it didn't really convince me. But the appetizers were really well-made, so I think if I return, I'd focus more on the first courses or traditional dishes. The fried foods were worth it, as were the meatballs. I suffered a bit from the heat, but perhaps only because the air conditioning had been turned on late...by the end of the evening, I was starting to feel it. Unfortunately, in the southern heat, eating at the right temperature makes all the difference. Friendly and attentive service.
