Excellent steakhouse. I went on Friday evening with my family. We ordered the Friday menu with an appetizer platter of cured meats and fried gnocco. Both the cured meats and the gnocco were excellent. We also had a Piedmontese Fassona beef tartare, which I must say was sublime. This was followed by various cuts of grilled meat with potatoes, delicious and perfectly cooked. Welcoming atmosphere and very kind and knowledgeable wait staff. We will definitely be back to try other dishes.

A truly positive experience; invited by friends, we found ourselves in an environment that quickly put us at ease.
The welcome, friendliness, and efficiency of the staff, led by a competent and extremely helpful owner, allowed us to perfectly navigate the many high-quality and varied offerings.
The cuisine was prompt and professional, perfectly managing the variety of dishes on the menu.
The price was more than adequate for the quality of the ingredients, the service, and the preparation of the dishes.
What more can I say? Stop by: I'm sure we'll be back. Many times.

A Piedmontese Fassona rib-eye steak weighing approximately 1.4kg and a 1kg Angus rib-eye steak for a whopping €230 for meat alone.
The cheese and cured meat platters are also sufficient for four people, a decidedly unbalanced quantity/price ratio.
I think the price is really overpriced... It's true, the price per 100g of meat is on the menu, so no surprise there.
But I really think it's too much...
The quality of the meat is good... nothing exceptional.

A meat-based dinner with colleagues was good, perhaps a little burnt in some places for my taste. The cured meats appetizer was a bit small for a ten-person meal, followed by polenta and mushrooms (a bit bland). Another small flaw was definitely the lack of desserts (only sorbet and panna cotta were available). The price was a bit high for the quality of the portions. The entrance has a ramp for wheelchairs, but not all rooms are accessible; it's best to indicate this when booking.

I was there last night for dinner.
Aside from the fact that as soon as you enter, the sight of the jewels in the aging cells makes your eyes light up, we were then welcomed and escorted to our table with such kindness and a manner that was nothing short of fantastic.
We had pizza, I had the osteria, and what can I say... I had to have seconds... delicious and not much... very light and truly delicious... We finished with the desserts, which were also excellent, and I didn't miss the oster coffee, simply sublime... what can I say... a fantastic experience. I'll be back soon and this time I'll go for the meat.
My heartfelt compliments to all the staff for their courtesy and kindness.
