It's been years since I've been to Oste Scuro.
A friend of mine, a seafood entrepreneur, took me there last night. I must say the dinner was truly exceptional, with Chef Simone guiding the selection of dishes. In my opinion, the restaurant deserves at least a Michelin star, especially when compared to other restaurants that have received one.
But sooner or later, it's bound to arrive...
Highly recommended; the price is justified by the excellent quality of the products.

We celebrated our birthday in this splendid restaurant. The waiter accompanied us with his kindness throughout the dinner: the raw fish was amazing, incredibly fresh, made with the highest quality ingredients, the gold oyster was unique, the first course with truffle and kohlrabi was unique...

Elegant but unpretentious restaurant. We had a truly delicious seafood risotto. The entire dinner was perfect, with the fish being incredibly fresh. The staff were incredibly friendly. Highly recommended.

It was recommended to me by friends after having been there twice for lunch a while ago. Honestly, I was a little disappointed. Prices are medium-high (we already knew that), the quality of the dishes and menu are average. The service could be improved.

Impeccable, competent, and efficient service. Very friendly waiters. A lovely surprise starter even though I hadn't ordered anything. Very peaceful in a small, well-planted courtyard. A wonderful discovery.

Siamo rimasti sorpresi dalla bellezza della presentazione dei piatti e dalla qualità del pesce,un gioco di sapori ed un abbinamento particolare tra portate e vini , perfetto. Molto soddisfatti anche dal servizio , ragazzi giovani, discreti e comprensibili nella spiegazione dei piatti! Ci ritorneremo!

Il ristorante ha vari ambienti, anche un piccolo dehors.
Noi siamo seduti in una piccola stanza con tre tavoli.
Poco rumoroso, confortevole.
Servizio molto attento
Carta dei vini top, soprattutto champagne con tutti i dettagli che ti aspetti (dosaggio, area, vitigni)
Tutti i piatti hanno avuto un unico filo conduttore, il pesce cucinato in modo originale, ma senza stravaganze.
Su tutti ho apprezzato il black cod, piatto armonico e saporito
Interessante il granchio con riduzione al melone, un piatto con tendenze ovviamente doci, ma molto piacevole d'estate
Apprezzata la possibilità di cenare sin dalle 19.00
