Today for the first time I discovered this truly exceptional place, excellent quality, spectacular owner, excellent welcome...super good appetizer...my god bread...sauces...first courses...in short, simply EXCEPTIONAL!!!!!! EVERYTHING!!!

Posto che dall'esterno non gli daresti una lira , ma appena entri e soprattutto quando mangi cambi opinione. Tutto perfetto , cibo buono , fresco , ben cucinato e abbondante. Il proprietario e la cameriera sono persone simpatiche , gentili , disponibili. Complimenti alla cuoca.

I am happy to share my review, we were there today for lunch, we booked after reading other positive reviews, we had a great time, very clean environment, excellent and fresh food, impeccable table service, education, kindness on the part of the owner and the lady at the table, of course many, many compliments to the cook. Tournament for sure. Thanks we had a great time. (We paid 35 per person) Top price.

Truly a surprise. We were there for lunch in January 2025. We eat from a fixed menu with a truly honest price. The owner immediately puts you at ease and takes care of the customer. Nice and attentive. We ate well in a familiar and peaceful environment. There are gluten free solutions and this was truly a very positive note for us who have a celiac child. We will be back.

20/05/2025: I had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant with my girlfriend and the experience was truly excellent. The atmosphere is elegant and cared for in every detail, perfect for a special evening. The food was simply fabulous, each dish was a perfect balance of flavors and presentation. Unfortunately I was unable to taste the wine, but knowing the quality of the rest, I am sure that the wine selection would also be up to par. Highly recommended!
13/05/2025: A commendable discovery, the perfect combination of raw materials and culinary innovation. In my opinion, the Chosen restaurant, by Chef Cima Vincenzo, is a reality that has been consolidated for some years in our city and expresses its territorial identity by building a bridge of taste culture between flavors of the past and constructions of the future, as it should be. The place is truly well-kept and welcoming The wine list is also excellent and pairs commendably with the menu proposals. I recommend stopping by to visit these guys who are so friendly and at the same time professional.

04/06/2025: It is now customary to celebrate 02/06, our wedding anniversary, in the beautiful city of Gaeta, enjoying the delicious dishes of the restaurant La Salute with a view of the sea: seafood salad, sautéed mussels and clams, paccheri allo scoglio, mixed grill of fish... All exceptional... And to finish a fantastic lemon sorbet. Always great professionalism and friendliness of Ugo, now become our great friend!!! We said goodbye with a warm hug and with a see you soon.. Highly recommended!! Greetings, from Fausto and Rita.
