An excellent Tuscan dinner, the pigeon was delicious and the tongue excellent. I'm celiac and they were very careful to provide gluten-free options.

The staff were very kind. This was my second time in Florence, and the food here was absolutely delicious. As a Michelin-starred restaurant, the presentation was beautiful and the taste was excellent. The carpaccio and tartare were absolutely amazing! The tagliatelle and pomodoro were also excellent! The tiramisu dessert was the richest and most delicious I've ever had. Next time I'd like to try the bistecca!

This might be the best restaurant in Florence! Excellent service, great ambiance and delicious and flavorful dishes (the best risotto I have ever had!). Absolute must visit while in Florence. You won’t be disappointed.

Miaomiaomiao, this Italian restaurant is better than any French stuff I tasted in France, even the duck breast, the service is so nice, they speak better English than French,I recommend this to everyone 😊a lowkey Michelin Toscana restaurant.

L'Ortone restaurant perfectly embodied a journey of discovery through traditional Tuscan flavors, but with a healthy dose of innovation and modernity. For the occasion, my initial choice fell on a delicious platter of mixed antipasti, with the crostini with chicken livers being excellent. For the main course, I split a delicious Florentine steak and an even better sirloin steak, which surprised me with its tenderness. The dinner was accompanied by a 2022 Marchese Antinori Chianti Classico Riserva. The restaurant, spread over two floors, is intimate and convivial. The prices are certainly not those of a small-town osteria, but they're in line with competitors in the city and with the quality of the ingredients used.

It was a very positive experience; we were welcomed wonderfully by the staff... professionalism and passion. The food was superb throughout... special mention for the risotto and fillet steak... I'll definitely be back! 😘

Osteria Cipolla Rossa

19/11/2025: I happened to stop by and had a delicious meal. Florence is a tourist town, so I don't remember having a particularly good meal, but visiting this restaurant changed my mind. The pasta in the second photo is the basil tomato pasta, and wow... it was truly delicious. The ingredients blended well together, and the texture of the pasta was wonderful. The first photo is the wild boar pasta. It wasn't anything special, but it had a familiar flavor and was delicious. If I ever go back to Florence, I'd love to come back and try some of the other dishes. The staff were incredibly friendly. The best. . I visited again in November. I had such a great meal that I brought my mom back. The staff were just as friendly, and the food was delicious as always. My mom also loved the Choi Gong Pasta. I wanted to tell the owner about this, but he seemed very busy, so I just said "I enjoyed it" and left. It's a shame, but I look forward to seeing you again. Stay healthy, boss!
17/11/2025: From the start, it's clear it's a good place, with lots of people and many restaurants. The waitress was lovely. She chatted with us, was attentive, and was constantly on the go. The food... we opted for typical Tuscan dishes. The tortelli with ragu were delicious, and especially the beef stew with Chianti, or Peposo Toscano, was incredible. For dessert, the tiramisu was very, very good, and we tried the best cantucci of the trip, with Vin Santo for dipping. Everything was excellent.
