We have been to both of Eduardo's places, the first, the bistro found by chance reading the reviews on the train to Turin.
A delicious and tasty lunch, Eduardo friendly owner, hospitable and cheerful so much so that we also booked for the next day but at the other restaurant in a delightful area near the Po and here too we ate very well, impeccable service, attentive and polite guys.
Eduardo welcomed us with a big smile as if we were friends for years, he told us his story and we only tell him one thing, you're great, continue like this... Always go vegan💪🏻😄bye Rockettaro.

Good first time in a vegan restaurant!
I'll start by saying that the service and friendliness, especially from the owner, were greatly appreciated. The room is a little small but still tidy and elegant.
The dishes were well executed and very well presented, especially the ravioli and the chocolate cake.
We will definitely come back to try other dishes!

As a non-vegetarian, I choose this place because I love vegetables anyway and I'm always intrigued by the work that goes into these types of dishes, which in my opinion are more difficult.
I immediately appreciate the welcome and the smile, shortly after the protagonists: the dishes.
You manage to stimulate all the senses from sight to scent to taste.
The environment is comfortable

Mangiare vegetale unisce il mangiare bene e il mangiare etico e sostenibile, e questo ristorante ne è un esempio concreto. L'atmosfera è calorosa e raccolta, il servizio impeccabile. Il menù degustazione con vini, che consiglio, mi ha permesso di scoprire piatti ragionati e realizzati con ottimi prodotti, oltre alla filosofia che vi sta dietro. Tutto era da leccarsi i baffi e se fossi di Torino o dintorni ci tornerei più volte.

Piccolo ristorante vicino alla Gran Madre. La carta è varia e dà la possibilità di scegliere piatti vengano anche per chi non approccia quotidianamente questo tipo di alimentazione. Le porzioni sono giuste... non pensate che nei ristoranti vengano si mangi poco e solo erbe!! Anche la carta dei vini è molto varia. Il personale è molto gentile. Complimenti allo chef che porta avanti questo ristorante.
