Overall, quite disappointed.
The welcome and service were friendly, but the dining room is very dark, which is cool for the atmosphere but a shame for seeing the work on the plates.
The €57 tasting menu was rather disappointing; the starter was good, but the rest lacked aroma and flavor.
The dish with the two steaks was mostly full of cabbage, and the dessert presentation could have been better.
We won't be back; there are much better vegan/raw options.

We arrived in Turin last night and had spotted this vegan restaurant that completely delighted me. The owner's smiling, friendly, and courteous welcome, the service, and, last but not least, the dishes, all simply delicious. I had gnocchi with a creamy sauce that made it easy to mop up the bread with delicious bread. Then I shared the pan pizza, which left us speechless. The bill was super reasonable. I recommend this top culinary experience to everyone! Well done, well done.

I came from New York with my husband and we had such a beautiful experience at this Italian vegan restaurant. The food was absolutely amazing — full of flavor, creative, fresh, and truly satisfying. You can taste the quality and the love in every dish.
The owner Eduardo was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home from the moment we walked in. The atmosphere is warm, cozy, and authentic — a perfect combination of Italian hospitality and thoughtful vegan cuisine.
As someone coming from New York, where we have many great vegan options, I can honestly say this place stands out. Highly recommended for anyone looking for delicious plant-based Italian food and genuine kindness. We will definitely be back! 🌱✨

I'm from Romagna. Yesterday, during a trip to Turin, I had the pleasure of dining at this magnificent restaurant. I'm new to the vegan/vegetarian world, and I can say that dining here made me realize that everything can be delicious when cooked right. Every bite was an explosion of flavors and colors. You can tell there's a lot of thought behind every dish.
The staff was impeccable, efficient, and courteous.
I hope Eduardo eventually decides to open a little place in Romagna, where unfortunately restaurants of this kind are rare.
Highly recommended!

My partner and I came to Turin for a weekend from Cesena. Since we don't eat meat, we weren't sure where to eat. We saw a blog about vegetarian restaurants, and the first place it recommended was Orto già Salsamentario. We went to try it one evening, and I can tell you, we were blown away. The food was delicious. The staff were very kind and friendly, and the wine and food were excellent. Congratulations! If we ever return to Turin, we'll definitely eat here again.

The quality and selection of food is top-notch, the atmosphere is pleasant, and the attention to detail is palpable. It's unfortunate that there were a few small flaws—a small table for two adults and a child—and when this was pointed out, the waitress was quite annoyed. What a shame.
