Delicious, 100% plant-based dishes. The agnolotti were special, as was the sushi. The only flaw in my dinner was the dessert. I had the tiramisu, and honestly, I didn't like it, but that's probably just personal preference. Highly recommended.

A cozy and well-kept place, with a beautiful exterior and historic sign. I was greeted by Eduardo, who was very kind and helpful. The dishes were interesting (I wanted to try everything). In the end, I ordered the rainbow sushi and the agnolotti. The sushi was good, perhaps a little "chaotic" in the sense that the various pieces were a bit mixed up compared to the description. The agnolotti were truly fantastic. I also tried the kombucha for the first time and loved it (theirs is made with sage and rosemary). Total cost €34.50, including water. My only complaint is the service, as I wasn't served bread until I asked for it. If it weren't for that, everything would have been perfect. I hope to return to Turin to try the rest of the menu!
