I returned from a 2 and a half day overnight stay at New Year's Eve, from Hans' Garden, and I must say that I had a great time both in terms of structure and hospitality. Starting with Mrs. Federica who was very kind in her explanations regarding the services offered, to continue with Mrs. Letizia, who welcomes you and listens to your needs with great availability and professionalism. She proved to be very attentive towards me, which is not at all to be taken for granted. I had the opportunity to have dinner and lunch in the farmhouse these days, also changing the dishes and they were all to my absolute liking. I remain quite perplexed by the negative reviews, I believe that speaking of a farmhouse, what is offered corresponds perfectly to what a farmhouse should offer, therefore those who had a bad experience and had to complain about both the quality of the food and the service in the dining room and in the rooms, perhaps he had expectations of a 5-star hotel! Furthermore, I think it is also very important how we approach the other, even if this other is "offering" a service at that moment. Often, very little is needed in communication to change the outcome. From the farmhouse in 15 minutes you have the opportunity to take a wonderful walk in the Faggeta forest and if you want to go shopping you are in Viterbo in 20 minutes. I hope to have the opportunity to return soon, even just for a day, to enjoy again that quiet and wonderful nature contained in Hans' Garden.

Place fully immersed in nature, beautiful stone structure with attention to the smallest details. Excellent for isolating yourself from reality even just for a lunch overlooking nature and enjoying excellent food.
