Sono stato in questo ristorante il giorno 01/03/25 per cena con un amico. La sua posizione è un po’ complicata da trovare perché bisogna attraversare diverse vie in mezzo alle campagne per raggiungere la destinazione. Il parcheggio è molto grande e quindi risulta essere comodo trovare posto per il proprio mezzo. Il locale l’ho trovato molto bello esteticamente. Sono rimasto affascinato, particolarmente, dallo stile del suo design trovando un'accogliente trattoria accompagnata da elementi contemporanei in cui la tradizione incontra il moderno, creando un'atmosfera pulita e ordinata. I tavoli sono grandi e ben distanziati tra loro, anche se nel nostro caso siamo stati costretti a farci spostare in un altro in quanto ci sentivamo troppo vicini ad una coppia a causa dei tavoli che, in quel caso, non erano stati distanziati bene, malgrado ciò siamo stati subito accontentati. Il bagno per gli uomini l’ho trovato molto pulito e ordinato con tutto l’occorrente per l’igiene. L’illuminazione soffusa creava un’atmosfera avvolgente, perfetta per una cena rilassante. Il servizio l’ho trovato ottimo, cordiale e rapido. Cameriera gentile e disponibile. Ho preso un antipasto della casa con affettati, formaggi e verdure, un primo di fettuccine al ragù di cinghiale, un secondo a base di filetto di maiale con cipolla rossa e aceto balsamico e un dolce al cioccolato. Da bere abbiamo ordinato una bottiglia di rosso consigliato dalla casa ed una caraffa di acqua minerale. La qualità del cibo l’ho trovata veramente eccezionale. I prodotti erano freschi e genuini. Le porzioni molto abbondanti. Non mi sento di votare il massimo delle stelle perché il prezzo del conto l’ho trovato abbastanza alto. Nel complesso è stata una bella esperienza ed è un locale che consiglierò.

I returned from a 2 and a half day stay around New Year's Eve at Orto di Hans, and I must say that I had a great time both in terms of the structure and the welcome. Starting with Mrs. Federica, who is very kind in explaining the services offered, and continuing with Mrs. Letizia, who welcomes you by listening to your needs with great availability and professionalism. She has proven to be very attentive to me, which is not to be taken for granted. I have had the opportunity to have dinner and lunch in these days at the agriturismo, also changing the dishes and they were all to my absolute liking. I remain quite perplexed by the negative reviews, I believe that when talking about a agriturismo, what is proposed corresponds perfectly to what a agriturismo should offer, therefore those who had a bad experience and had something to say about both the quality of the food and the service in the dining room and in the rooms, perhaps had expectations of a 5-star hotel! I also think that it is also very important how you place yourself towards the other, even if this other at that moment is "offering" a service. Often it takes very little in communication to change the result. From the agriturismo in 15 minutes you have the opportunity to take a wonderful walk in the Faggeta woods and if you want to go shopping 20 minutes away you are in Viterbo. I hope to have the opportunity to return soon, even just for a day, to enjoy again that quiet and the wonderful nature enclosed in Hans's Garden.

Place fully immersed in nature, beautiful stone structure and cared for in the smallest details. Excellent to isolate yourself from reality even just for a lunch with a view of nature and enjoying excellent food.
