Very attentive service, a beautifully presented and delicious zucchini and tomato tian, a succulent "conilio," and an original panna cotta! Reasonably priced.

Excellent restaurant right in the center of Sauze d'Oulx. Very good dishes, traditional but with a touch of innovation. The staff were very attentive and accommodating; I really appreciated the choice of round tables for groups (there were six of us). Prices were absolutely in line with the quality of the food. I found the water price a bit high (3.50 for 1 liter of filtered house water), but highly recommended.

Definitely the most interesting place in town. Excellent service, attentive and friendly. The menu is different from the usual options. We enjoyed every dish, as well as the wine recommended by the waitress. The price is slightly higher than usual, but adequate for the quality (€120 for two).

Really good, very unique dishes, perfect setting, modern but with a mountain feel. Perfect service, everyone very kind and helpful. Some of the pastries are a bit too creamy, but for no reason, because the base is good and there's no need to cover anything. Interesting main courses, desserts too, the millefeuille absolutely out of the ordinary but very good. Nice atmosphere in the more private room, I would have avoided leaving the wine boxes piled up, they ruin the ambiance a bit. Fair prices, they're dog friendly.

My husband and I went to this restaurant for lunch on August 15th. We booked through their website, and Jill promptly confirmed! We were greeted at the entrance by a smiling and friendly waiter who showed us to our table. The atmosphere is meticulously designed and very welcoming. We ordered two appetizers, two first courses, and two desserts. The dishes were truly delicious and beautifully presented. The staff were helpful and friendly, and we wanted to thank the waitress for being so kind and friendly! We sincerely recommend this restaurant and will definitely be back in the future.
