I love this restaurant, it's my absolute favorite. The dishes are fantastic, everything is always fresh and with attention to detail, the staff is always smiling and professional. The owners are wonderful people.

Beautiful evening to celebrate my birthday last night! Starter, first course, second course and dessert with a very welcome surprise from the owner!
Everything perfect and really delicious!

It was our anniversary day, and my husband and I decided to try this restaurant, recommended to us by a couple we met in Sauze. It's been a very long time since we've tasted such good, excellent quality food, impeccably presented, so much so that I would recommend my favorite chef, Alessandro Borghese, to give us a test run, because I'm sure that as a good connoisseur he would appreciate it! Excellent service, very kind owner! Highly recommended!

Excellent restaurant with original cuisine that pays attention to the territory. Staff very attentive but not intrusive.
I don't usually leave reviews, but I saw a very trenchant review that I found absurd and I wanted to recommend this pleasant discovery in Sauze to everyone.

Very delicious Italian eatery. We had the beef tartare, it was well seasoned and I love the addition of white truffles.
Pasta dishes were well cooked and presented as well. Bit on the pricier side but well worth every penny spent!

It was good but not excellent either.
We took 2 starters,
One was good with buratta but the other was quite bland.
Then we had 3 dishes (for 2).
The lamb was good but the pasta was good without being amazing.
Sometimes we want to seek the highest note but we almost end up disappointed..
