Siamo capitati in questo locale per una serie di “fortunati “ eventi. In 3 famiglie, 12 persone in giornate festive ci presentiamo al ristorante dove avevamo prenotato e ci dicono che avevano dimenticato la nostra prenotazione e non ci possono accomodare. Alle 19:45 per miracolo troviamo posto in questo piccolo locale casalingo dove i bambini vengono accolti e trattati con affetto e ci ritroviamo a mangiare ricette sane, locali, cibi preparati palesemente con cura e amore e anche piacevolissime proposte vegane. Il vino della casa di ottima qualità. L’oste (suppongo la proprietaria) di una dolcezza e passione infinite anche nel raccontare le preparazioni scelte e elaborate da sua mamma. Spero proprio di ricapitare in zona per poter ritornare in questo posto sincero e accogliente. Grazie!

Excellent food, excellent place, excellent company

Siamo stati tre giorni alle crete senesi e due volte a pranzo in questo ristorante. Cucina toscana ottima! Piatti curati preparati con ingredienti freschi. Ottimo vino. Eleonora, la proprietaria, gentile entusiasta del suo lavoro. Consigliatissimo!

My wife and I went to dinner. We downloaded the menu and saw that among the main courses it only offered meatballs with garlic sauce, frankly I wanted to leave then my wife got curious about the soup and stewed lentils and we stayed. All very good if you like those things. The cost of the wine, missing the half liter in bulk, increases the cost of the dinner.

The authentic flavors of times gone by and the discovery of tasty local vegetables are the two things that struck me about this small restaurant on the Sinalunga square. The place is nice, the service is courteous, the tables outside are pleasant, and the quality of what we ate stands out above all else. The menu is short, dynamic because it takes advantage of seasonality and decidedly not ordinary. All the dishes ordered were delicious.
