For goodness sake, the ice cream seems genuine, but without flavour. Furthermore, it's fine to pay €3 for a two-flavored cup but at least it's well filled, they look like children's portions.

From San Mauro (where there is another excellent ice cream shop) to Chivasso there is nothing better and, by far, it is excellent. At the bear, my excellences are the cuneese with rum, chocolate and pears. F A V O L O S I.

28/09/2025: The restaurant is located inside the Galleria Subalpina. The location is beautiful, with high ceilings that lend a very formal and elegant feel. I ordered the Piedmontese meat-based menu and was pleased with the vitello tonnato and the dessert (gianduia mousse), but less so with the plin (a bit tough) and the braised beef (too acidic for my taste). The service was efficient but could use some professionalism. There's also a lovely internal patio.
