Company lunch The raw fish appetizer was very good and especially fresh. Perhaps with less salad, it would have stood out much more, also because the flavor of the salad gave a slightly bitter note to the fish, which, being unseasoned (something I greatly appreciated), took on a bit of flavor. First course: pasta with pesto. The pesto was also very good. The pesto was also fresh and fragrant. I would have just chosen a different pasta, like rigatoni (but that's subjective). Second course: octopus and potatoes. The octopus was cooked very well, soft and with a firm skin. The potato was also cooked excellently. This dish was also lightly seasoned, or rather, seasoned just right. Overall, it was a good meal.
