L'Orologio - Gastronomia d'Asporto In Torricella

Arriviamo a questa gastronomia in un primo pomeriggio di fine settembre su suggerimento dei gestori del nostro B&B perché in questo periodo è l’unico ristorante aperto nella zona per pranzo. È stata una casuale, quanto piacevole scoperta, tanto che siamo tornati anche il giorno successivo. I piatti, tutti deliziosi e cucinati con equilibrio, sono quelli della tradizione pugliese. Sembra di essere a casa, gastronomia verace, sapori di una volta. Polpette al sugo, pizza di patate, purè di fave con le cicorie, braciole, involtini, parmigiana di melanzane, peperoni ripieni, friggitelli, siamo riusciti ad assaggiare quasi tutto. La collocazione, in adiacenza alla caratteristica piazzetta di Torricella illuminata dal primo sole d’autunno, è un valore aggiunto. Il tutto accompagnato dal sorriso gentile e dalla disponibilità dei gestori. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Grazie! Torneremo assolutamente volentieri.

In the center of Torricella, between a flavor of history and simple life, there is this bar-trattoria. Its strong point is the family management, Chiara's cuisine is extraordinarily Apulian! Highly recommended for those who want to eat traditional dishes well.

Place to eat homemade dishes prepared by a kind and delicious lady like her dishes, she let us eat despite the "unusual" time, lasagna parmigiana and rice, potatoes and mussels really excellent, I will definitely go back.

Ragazzi strepitosoooooo.... cibo di altissima qualità. Polpette al sugo deliziose, polpette fritte, parmigiana, friggitelli, melanzane ripiene, pasticciotto..... la signora molto gentile e con la voglia di stramsettere le proprie origini. Consigliatissimo

Traditional dishes from Salento and Taranto prepared masterfully as they once did. The Watch is a stop that becomes fixed after tasting its dishes. A show of taste for those who know its original flavour. The only negligible flaw is that it's a small place, and good things are never endless.

We went to eat at the Orologio where you can find a kitchen with many fresh and excellent quality dishes. The staff very kind and helpful.

Small place located in the center of Torricella, a small village 10 m from the sea I was surprised by the attention to detail inside the restaurant and what about the owner, a warrior who cooks with ❤️ even the very welcoming and kind family members If you want to eat genuine typical Apulian food at an honest cost you must try this place THE PANZEROTTI!!!! They're the best
