Classico 2011(your recommendation), the pasta share and our mains: stuffed rabbit (heavenly) and the veal stuffed pepper fruit were all unbelievably pleasing. Let's be clear: there are few places like this left in Siena. A tiny, family-run place, the kind I like. You don't come here for the fads, you come to eat truly well. The ingredients are tough, and you can taste the research and respect for what our land provides. The first courses, homemade as they should be, are an experience. Then there's the man in the dining room, who seems more like a storyteller than a waiter: he talks to you about every dish and every wine with a passion that reconciles you with the world. He might chat a little too much, but you can tell he believes in it. The atmosphere is quiet, little chit-chat and no commotion. A word of warning: quality comes at a price. If you get carried away, especially with the wine, the bill can skyrocket. But for once, it's okay, because here they focus on the essentials and you'll leave happy.

Here you buy the memory and experience of a wonderful time. Each dish is described in detail what it consists of and where it comes from. The wine presentation is at a master level.
