Exceptional food with an organic, farm-to-table approach. Every dish is bursting with incredible flavor, and the service is equally outstanding. The space is spotless and intimate, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Truly deserving of a Michelin star from my points of view. Trilou a speakeasier restaurant.

We, a group of 13 people, decided spontaneously to visit this place and asked if a reservation was possible. When we arrived, we had the entire restaurant to ourselves. Matteo, the maître d’, was incredibly attentive and gave us knowledgeable recommendations on every wine and dish we ordered.
The food, lovingly prepared by Matteo’s mother, Chef Antonia, was absolutely delicious. The whole experience turned out to be the highlight of our stay in Siena.
Sure, you can eat much cheaper elsewhere, but for the level of service and the quality of the food, we were more than satisfied.

This was hands down one of the best meals we had—not just in Siena, but anywhere. The detail and presentation in every dish were absolutely stunning, and the flavors were even better. You can tell how much care goes into everything they serve. Out of all the places we tried in Siena, this was by far our favorite. We’ll definitely be back!

Nuestro restaurante favorito en Siena. Matteo es cálido y acogedor y la auténtica cocina de su madre es creativa y de calidad excepcional. Se encuentra fuera de las murallas de la ciudad, pero vale la pena el esfuerzo para encontrarlo.
Asegúrese de hacer una reserva, porque hay pocas mesas y se configuran en función de las reservas.
Encontramos esta joya escondida en 2013 y volvemos cada vez que estamos en Siena. Ahora, somos tratados como familia, con un cálido abrazo.

I had lunch at this restaurant alone for work.
Excellent basic ingredients cooked by the owner's mother.
They told me they made high quality pici all'aglione, so I asked and they were kind enough to make them for me.
I don't think I've ever eaten such good pici.
High expense but worth it.
It's not a place for every day, but that's okay, more suitable for special evenings and anniversaries.
