Cilento, just around the corner, is a small restaurant where you can rediscover the traditional flavors I loved so much on vacation. Serving top-quality products, from mozzarella to fish, the restaurant is perfect for quick lunches and evening dinners for small groups of friends and couples. The atmosphere is quiet and even romantic.

A truly delightful experience, complemented by the owner's friendliness and his wife's masterful cooking. A welcoming, family-friendly atmosphere with quality products and home-cooked food. I'll be back as often as I can.

Intimate and well-kept place, truly excellent quality products. Right quantities and portions. The only flaw, which is why I give three stars to the service (the table service was excellent and professional though), was that at a dinner fixed with a gift Wonderbox, the three courses were actually an appetizer and a first course (no second course option) and a third course dessert that you lost if you took a glass of wine (third course?) even though drinks were included: in practice only water was included since the glass of wine took the place of the dessert and therefore of a course.

We booked through a gift box and were pleasantly surprised. Excellent quality ingredients, delicious dishes, generous portions and a friendly and helpful owner. The pleasant evening was accompanied by music mixed by the great Stefano Noto.

26/10/2025: Without a reservation, we asked to eat within 30 minutes because there was a concert. The owner, calm and kind, accommodated three of us inside and even offered us an excellent solution: a house-made cart for three, strictly without cheese so we could appreciate its excellent preparation. Congratulations!
26/07/2025: Very nice local pizzeria, a sure thing. The pizza is decent, the coccoli are very good. The carbonara is average.

Antica Osteria del Sole

19/10/2025: The tavern is mainly meat-based rather than fish-based, although you can also find some interesting fish dishes. In the meantime, make a reservation, otherwise you have to wait for a table to become available. Also, because it's always full, the atmosphere is a bit noisy. The Gran Antipasto Toscano was good, I would only have put 2 more slices of prosciutto crudo and mortadella (there were only 2 slices per slice), while there were 4 slices of salami. Apart from this, there were Coccoli (fried pizza bites) / crostini with mushrooms / crostini with chicken livers (the pâté should have been cooked more) / pappa al pomodoro / I had the stracchino added to the rest. The first courses are the best: pappardelle with wild boar with dark chocolate flakes and tortelli filled with leeks, on a pumpkin cream. A seasonal dish, which I hope to try again. The mixed grill: lamb ribs (good, but still too much fatty) sausage (cook it more, because it was pink inside) chicken and baked potatoes (these must be softer inside, not boiled) .. cheek (a little dry) with mashed potatoes (it was a bit sticky, mash the potatoes, don't use the mixer) .. you can see that the chef is young, because there are some things that could have turned out better, but even if the experience is lacking, the passion is there and you can always improve.. the extra virgin olive oil is exceptional.. put it on all the dishes..
18/08/2025: Good dinner, friendly staff. Pici with Chianina ragù was remarkable.
