The place is nice, the service is fast, if you are in a hurry you can eat in an hour, we had a vegan starter (the "fake" spreadable cheese was very good) a first course and 2 desserts, recommended desserts, but truly delicious first courses, worth especially try these fusilli with aubergine cream in the photo!
Also recommended for those who are not strictly vegan but are curious to try this cuisine!

Buonissima cena vegan in pieno centro di Macerata. Abbiamo preso antipasto di fritti, gnocchi alla carbonara, pici all' aglione, "vorchetta" con patate al forno e millefoglie
Tutto davvero ottimo!! Prezzi giusti per location e qualità. Se torneremo a Macerata sarà sicuramente una tappa fissa👍🏼🥰☺️

Very good vegan dinner in the center of Macerata. We had a starter of fried foods, carbonara gnocchi, pici all'aglione, "vorchetta" with baked potatoes and millefeuille
Everything was really great!! Fair prices for location and quality. If we return to Macerata it will definitely be a fixed stop 👍🏼🥰☺️

Restaurant in the center of Macerata offering 100% plant based cuisine. The proposals are carefully prepared and the ingredients respect seasonality. The staff is friendly and helpful and the place has style. The idea of the toilets hidden behind the mirror wall is nice.
We tried: Ascoli olives, seafood-flavoured mezze sleeves, potato tortelloni with seitan ragù, the stonnato, and finally the babà by chef De Biase and the Black Forest. All very good. It's definitely worth a stop!

Interesting experience with the whole vegan menu. Pici with tomato sauce, vegan bresaola, cannellini pie with mixed vegetables, vegan dessert Black Forest with sponge cake base. Red wine.

Exquisite vegan restaurant to say the least. Delightful place in the central square of Macerata, refined and particular environment, food truly above average in terms of quality of ingredients, cooking techniques, and above all pleasure in the mouth. Really amazing.
