The best place in Moncalieri, always very clean and tidy.
The people who work here, especially in the morning, like Ylenia and Eleonora, are always very helpful, fast, and always smiling.
The food is always delicious, and the desserts are always delicious.
The new freshly baked croissants are highly recommended.

I've been frequenting this restaurant for many years and consider it one of my go-to places: the food is always excellent, the dishes are carefully prepared, and the longtime staff is kind, welcoming, and professional. It's precisely this friendly, welcoming atmosphere that has always made me feel at ease and has encouraged me to return time and time again.
Lately, however, I've noticed a change in the atmosphere, linked to the presence of a new employee—I believe her name is Laura. Unlike the rest of the staff, she often seems annoyed and distant, and on more than one occasion, she's responded rudely to me.
Unfortunately, this kind of attitude clashes with the excellent level of hospitality we've become accustomed to.
I understand that everyone can have bad days, but when working in front of the public, kindness and helpfulness should never be lacking: they make all the difference for the customer and for the business's image.
I must admit that, when I see her serving, I sometimes choose to go elsewhere.
I hope this observation will be taken constructively: the rest of the team and the quality of the cuisine remain excellent and deserve to be recognized.
