On the advice of a friend, I decided to try two artisan panettone from this bakery. The owner, Giovanni, was kind and helpful from the first exchange of information. I wanted to try both the artisanal pistachio panettone and the Raffaello one. Starting from the external packaging, it is unfortunately anonymous, not a wording that indicates that we are tasting an artisanal panettone from this bistro, and in my opinion it is a shame, because it would certainly be an added value to their products. Inside, the panettones are packaged in cellophane but, for the Raffaello only, I found a sticker with an 'L', I assume it stands for 'Longo'. However, simple but nice packaging. They are undoubtedly high quality products but, as I am a great pistachio enthusiast, I would have preferred if the internal filling of the pistachio one had been the same as the Raffaello one. The pistachio one was good, but the Raffaello one was delicious. Finally, applause also to all the Staff, for the kindness and helpfulness shown. In my opinion the quality/price ratio is good. I certainly recommend it for the Raffaello panettone, while for the pistachio panettone, a customization suited to the different tastes of the customers would be preferable, perhaps with two types of fillings, one less filled, like the one I tasted, and one more filled, precisely for great pistachio lovers like me.

Value for money (so cheap!) and exceptional quality. Won’t disappoint. And such lovely staff accomodating tourists who don’t speak or understand Italian 😅

The pizza here is very affordable and the bases were perfect. Probably one of my favourite pizzas in Italy.
