A few days ago I wrote a review that I regretted. It didn't seem right to penalize Long Jin because of one of their collaborators. I am convinced that we need to point out when unpleasant situations arise, so as to prevent them from happening again. I have to say that the way Mr. Liguori Francesco responded to my previous review and how he handled the situation made me reflect on the fact that now, after years of frequenting his restaurant, I couldn't let a small inconvenience change everything. Tonight he was there at the checkout to deliver my order, which pleased me and made me feel at ease, because even if he wasn't sure if I was the person who wrote the review, he could see that he wanted to understand and was interested. It's not about the apology or the discount (which if they happen are just a pleasure) but rather the interest in hearing the opinion of the other side, apologizing... I have nothing else to add. Service always at the top, absolutely nothing can be said about the quality of the products and above all how much he cares about his work. Not to mention I know I'm hanging out somewhere where my opinion really matters. I will definitely return many times.

I've been coming here FROM TURIN to eat Chinese for 10 years. Sublime ravioli, fantastic fried ice cream and everything of excellent quality! the kindness of the owner is beyond ordinary, many times he offered to give me a lift from the station because I was coming by train and without it I wouldn't have arrived in time. All very good, just the price is a little high

I went for Valentine's Day dinner. You spend less than at all you can eat and you leave satisfied, full and having eaten excellent quality products. Excellent welcome appetizer. Grilled meat ravioli and sensational udon in broth. Menu with a very wide choice and having been there a few times now, I can assure you that everything is prepared with care. Best Asian restaurant in Novara? For me yes.

Asian place that we tried since it also does gluten-free. The place itself is nothing special but the food is certainly very good and of good quality. There is the possibility of taking menus ranging from 15 to 20 euros with a first and second course to choose from among some dishes, water and coffee and possibly a side dish. We found everything very good. Friendly and helpful staff. We will be back.
