I ate well, the raw materials were of high quality, the menu was innovative, the service was a bit detached, the location had great potential, but I have to make a point... the website does not specify that to reach the restaurant, there is a steep climb, I did not have any inconvenience but if there had been a person with some difficulty with me... it would have been a problem, I advise the owner to mention this when booking.

The location is simple but very well-kept, a quiet restaurant with discreet and impeccable service. The 5 stars are above all for the dishes that are truly very well-kept and excellent. A note of merit definitely goes to the egg poche with beans and cocoa...a spectacle. Compliments to the chef.

Local created from a skilful modern renovation of an ancient castle.
Beautiful.
Cuisine that tends towards the refined but with traditional Piedmontese origins.

Posto davvero bello, nei resti di un antica rovina del castello, con una bellissima ricostruzuione conservativa. La cucina è molto particolare e ottima. 1 opzione vegetarisna per ogni pietanza. (Nulla di vegano). 2 primi, due secondi e acqua 70 euro.
Ci tornerò volentieri.

Rimane il mio ristorante preferito. Qualità del cibo e creatività nella cucina sono sempre una conferma. Ottima location e posizione per chi ama scoprire luoghi vicino Torino. Da provare e riprovare. Continuate così.
