Simply the best meal I’ve had in Florence. My husband and I chose the chef’s menu, and received a Prosecco on the house and few bonus small plates to our surprise. The service was impeccable, the food was just mouth-watering. You cannot go wrong with this gem in Florence. 10/10

An extremely charming restaurant with a super pleasant atmosphere. The food deserves 10 stars, an explosion of flavors. Betânia's service is fantastic, attentive, with recommendations on places to visit in Florence, very friendly. I highly recommend it and if I have another opportunity I will definitely return. Thank you Betânia.

The quiet, upscale atmosphere was great for conversation, and the food was exceptionally friendly and delicious! The main dish wasn't quite right, so I left some, but they apologized and even lowered the price. We felt even more apologetic. This was the first time I've ever experienced a restaurant so understanding and kind to its customers! The amuse-bouches off the menu were so delicious that I think I'll keep thinking about them.

Their atmosphere and friendly staff add to the experience, creating a perfect spot to enjoy a morning treat. Highly recommend!
09/11/2025: Great place for a quick breakfast, counter service, friendly welcome, and delicious Nutella croissants. Around 7 euros for two caffelattes and two Nutella croissants, I highly recommend it!

03/03/2026: Ideal spot for breakfast with authentic Florentine pastries. Excellent croissants! Friendly atmosphere. At lunchtime you can also enjoy good salads and small pizzas. View of Piazza Santa Croce.
