A special mention goes to the service, perfectly embodied by Mr. Antonio: a true man of integrity, professional, discreet, and impeccable in his manners. His presence gives character to the dining room, with that slightly old-fashioned grace that is increasingly rare today and that decisively contributes to the restaurant's charm. If there's one small point for improvement, it's the portions that aren't particularly generous... but this detail easily fades into the background when compared to the overall experience. In fact, it almost leaves you wanting to return to try something else on the menu.
