The location of the accommodation is great. The room is very clean and Ana's welcome is very pleasant. Her kindness is very much appreciated. However, the accommodation is poorly soundproofed compared to the other rooms, which must also depend on the discretion of the neighbors. No inconvenience with the bar located below, which is very nice for drinking a cocktail.

I loved staying at this property! I felt super safe, comfortable and the person who greeted us, Ana, was AMAZING! She was good at keeping in touch and checking up with us and helped us in everything that we needed! Would 10/10 recommend staying here!

Double bed a bit small. Acceptable cleaning but the air conditioner was dirty, you can see a lot of dust at first sight. Very small bathroom and dirty shower The lady's welcome is very kind We won't be back

Petit endroit bien sympa à LaSpezia. A découvrir et pas cherl'ambiance est très bonne il est planqué au fond de la rue meme s'il nd paie pas de mine n'hésitez pas à franchir le pas e sa porte....vous verrez la vraie Italie.

21/09/2025: Delicious! Kudos to the friendly and helpful staff, and to the excellent value for money. The three of us ordered different dishes. High-quality ingredients expertly prepared.
19/09/2025: Mall-like location, dishes prepared in full view, the freshest fish, expertly cooked, the flavor of the sea (finally, fried food that doesn't break the bank and tastes like what you see... excellent arancini, excellent pasta, bottled Ligurian chinotto, delicious... very affordable portions... The best for quality, quantity, and price. The only downside is that you eat at the tables in the mall.

30/09/2025: Quiet and very relaxing shopping center... You can shop with peace of mind!!!
27/09/2025: A decent shopping center with a wide selection. I couldn't find any advantages over other similar centers. Prices are average for Italy. It's best to go at lunchtime or later, as there are fewer people.
