I love this place, very nice with very kind and fast staff. Pizza in 3 variations: superfine called alla romana even if in Rome I don't know, anyway I'm Roman, then tall and finally with cereals. Honestly this very thin one that is so popular in Tuscany I don't like, so I took the normal/tall one, and I liked it a lot, crunchy and soft, overall very light; I took the Martello, super spicy, and I cured my flu with it 😋😋😋😋 many other variations, from focaccia, to calzone, from traditional ones to those with the name of tools, super seasoned with everything. We know that they make desserts, good, unfortunately we are not into desserts, we didn't see any mention of appetizers or similar, even if we saw cecina going around, next time we'll investigate. It's the season and we also saw some beautiful doves, but we preferred the loaf of bread to take home, and we tasted it right away, it's delicious, it says it lasts 4 days, tzé, it should last 4 days, but you'll see tomorrow it's finished. We'll be back!

On Saturday I got the takeaway pizza.....I would say it was one of the best I've eaten. Little waiting and very polite staff. I recommend it

Nice welcoming environment, excellent pizza. They made us choose both the shape, with a high edge or thin pizza, and the dough with different flours. There is a wide choice of fillings, from traditional to special
with the names of workshop tools. I tasted the classic capricciosa which was well stuffed without exaggeration, very delicate and appetizing. Excellent desserts. I will more than happily return. Thanks for the lovely evening.

I liked the wholemeal dough: soft and tasty. Comfortable environment, fast and friendly service. I felt welcomed. The desserts are made by them and I liked that too. I will definitely return.

I was there one evening several months ago, improvising with a group of friends and I had a very good time. Good pizza, cooked well, with a good dough (Roman style), generous and quality seasoning. The other evening, New Year's Eve, I returned to get several takeaway pizzas. Just enough time to enjoy a cecina with an excellent beer at the counter, chatting amiably with the staff who were preparing for the evening, and the pizzas were ready! After many pizzerias in the area where I didn't feel satisfied especially for the quality of the pizza, here I can say that I left both times more than satisfied! WELL DONE!

In passato a pizza era buona, ma ultimamente è un po’ peggiorata, forse c’è un nuovo pizzaiolo. L’altra sera due pinse sono state servite tra il “biscottato” e il carbonizzato. Notando la nostra sorpresa, ci hanno proposto la sostituzione con pizze normali, che abbiamo rifiutato pensando che fossero solo bruciate da un lato (e non anche biscottate). Alla fine della cena, non ci hanno fatto tolto dal conto nemmeno 50 centesimi. Se la pizza viene fuori dal forno carbonizzata non dovrebbe essere proprio servita. Servirebbe una maggiore attenzione al servizio (e durante la preparazione e la cottura delle pizze)
