L'Officina della pizza In Pisa

Great place especially if you have kids, they are very kind in this place, everyone from the first to the last. The pizza is very good and the prices are low compared to the quality of the pizza. Truly one of the best places around Pisa to go and eat a pizza.

Abbiamo cenato in questo locale arredato in modo originale e carino, apprezzando sia la cortesia e puntualità del personale, che sapori e gusto delle pizze. Toilette grande, pulita e ben rifornita. Peccato che il locale, probabilmente per la configurazione di pareti e soffitto, sia particolarmente rumoroso e inoltre senza adeguato ricircolo di aria: ne siamo usciti con gli abiti intrisi degli odori del cibo...

Ho ordinato una pizza con salame, salsiccia e peperoni fritti. La pizza è stata servita in fretta, nonostante fossimo in 11. La location è ampia, anche se i tavoli non erano in ottime condizioni. La cameriera è stata disponibile, offrendoci anche un antipasto. L’atmosfera, oltre ad essere accogliente, era caotica (forse anche un po’ troppo), ma questi sono dettagli. Anche in cucina sono abbastanza organizzati. La scelta dei dolci, tuttavia, è stata dura. Alla fine ho ordinato un sorbetto al limone. La pizza e la cecina erano comunque molto più che mangiabili. In sostanza, lo consiglio vivamente ma non durante gli orari di punta.

Exceptional pizza.. Diego and Alberto are kind and welcoming owners, the pizza is fantastic, you can choose it with a high or low Roman crust... Top!! Excellent quality ingredients... also a lot of choice of craft beers

Pizza with very light dough..... good and well seasoned

I eat there quite often because I think that in the end they are the best pizzas I've ever eaten. The selection of craft beers is also good, and (strangely for a pizzeria) also excellent desserts. I am recommending it to everyone, truly congratulations.

I love this place, very nice with very kind and fast staff. Pizza in 3 variations: superfine called Roman style even if in Rome well, anyway I'm Roman ed., then high and finally cereals. Honestly, I don't like the very fine one that is so popular in Tuscany, so I took the normal/high one, and I liked it a lot, crunchy and soft, overall very light; I took the Martello, super spicy, and I cured my flu 😋😋😋😋 there are many other variations, from focaccias, to calzone, from traditional to those with the name of tools, super seasoned with anything. We know that they make the desserts, well done, unfortunately we aren't into desserts, we haven't seen any mention of appetizers or similar, even if we have seen the cecina being passed around, next time we'll investigate. It's the season and we also saw some beautiful doves, but we preferred the loaf of bread to take home, and we tasted it immediately, it's delicious, it says it lasts 4 days, yes, it would last 4 days, but you'll see tomorrow it's finished. We'll be back!

On Saturday I got the takeaway pizza.....I would say it was one of the best I've eaten. Little waiting and very polite staff. I recommend it

Pizzas with good ingredients on top, prices a little above average, very heavy and not too digestible dough.
