I didn't like the pizza, but I have to say that's a matter of taste, so you have to be aware of the type of pizza you'll find.
The variety of beers is remarkable, and I have to say that it's perfect for a social evening with friends, given the ample parking available. 👌

I'd been to this pizzeria a few years ago with friends and it had made a great impression on me. I went back with my girlfriend, and it didn't disappoint. They had a wide selection of beers and pizza doughs. The pizzas were soft, thin, and had just the right amount of ingredients. The pistachio dessert was so good, even I, who's not a big fan of sweets, had it. The staff was friendly and helpful. I'll definitely be back and highly recommend it.

The menu offers a good selection of dishes, many of them absolutely original. The selection of beers is comprehensive and enticing. All this is made even more enjoyable by the professionalism of the service, where Rosa deserves a special mention. Her innate charm and ability to interact with us complemented a very enjoyable evening.

For me, it's one of the best pizzas in Pisa. Excellent selection of ingredients, the option to choose the type of pizza or flour, the quality of the beers is varied and very good, and the staff is also kind and friendly. Of course, everyone has their own tastes and everyone has their favorite place. But since I've been eating pizza at the Officina, I haven't had it anywhere else.

First time at this pizzeria, we immediately felt the warmth and harmony of the staff. The place is informal and very carefully decorated and arranged. The dough is well-leavened, perfectly cooked, and the ingredients are quality. A wide selection of craft beers, both local and otherwise. Two waitresses in an almost full room were skilled, attentive, and fast, especially Ester, who looked after us with special attention and warmth. 😍 Keep it up! 💪💪 We'll be back for the Christmas hats and panettone. 🎄

Out of the way place, the pizza wasn't bad at all but the atmosphere wasn't the best, the chairs in particular were uncomfortable.
