The pizza is very thin and I like it that way. The service is very good and the environment is not bad, there are only two disadvantages: The first is that it's a bit cold in the room (in winter) And the second is that you are placed too close to other customers, sometimes creating a feeling of embarrassment due to the fact that if you talk to your partner the people next to you hear everything. For the rest everything is ok

Very thin pizza and a great choice of doughs and ingredients. Truly fabulous! The best in Tortona definitely. Thoughtful and designer environment - excellent choice!

19/01/2025: Primo pranzo ufficiale al PianoB, chiringuito winter version top! Locale accogliente e caldo, degli antipasti al dolce sempre ottimo.. crudo di pesce fresco e presentazione sempre molto invitante. Continuate così!!!
02/12/2024: Tasty dishes, cooked with passion by people who are in the profession!! Super nice and welcoming place, the managers are very kind and consequently also all those who work with them!! I highly recommend it, you won't regret it!!!
