L’Officina della Pizza In Sarno

I returned to this pizzeria after five years, and it was a delightful rediscovery. Even though I wasn't very hungry, I ordered a Marinara: truly excellent. Finally, a proper "macchiata" pizza, where the sauce takes center stage and not just a dry trace of tomato. My friends' pizzas and frittatas were also excellent, and they got top marks. However, I must point out that the service was decidedly slow, even though the place wasn't crowded when we arrived. Beyond that, there are two small points related to personal taste: I would have preferred to be warned that instead of the Coke I ordered, they would serve a Pepsi, given that the flavors are quite different. I also found the decor a bit chaotic, and the acoustics in the front room could be improved, as the echoing voices are sometimes unpleasant. In any case, the quality of the food prevails: we'll definitely be back; I would have stayed for another!

The pizza is delicious. We tried their four different ways to cook it, and they were all delicious! High-quality ingredients and excellent combinations. The dining room was very nice, and the service was friendly and fast!

Everything was excellent, I will come back to try the 3-cooking pizza.

The three-way pizza is excellent, but the wagon wheel and Roman pizza are less so. The staff is friendly and efficient. Reservations are required, and respecting the time is essential.

Browsing Google Maps, we found this lovely location with a wide variety of options. Many types of pizza with different ingredients and cooking methods are very inviting and delicious. The pizza in a wheel or the pizza with three cooking methods are highly recommended and I recommend trying the different pizzas because they are very good. The bathrooms are very clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything you need, including a changing table with everything you need to change your baby. The only flaw, perhaps the service, because the waiters, except for one with glasses, didn't seem very attentive; in fact, they were quite distracted when taking orders, but very often they were attentive when trying to please customers... Otherwise, I'll be back. I'd like to try other pizzas and be satisfied, rather than feeling weighed down as so often happens!

It's the workshop that heals the heart and soul! Tasty, well-cooked pizza with a light dough. Last but not least, given the season, is the panettone made by Mario Severini—a touch of thoughtful pastry making that can be seen even at night. Congratulations!

Top-quality ingredients. Soft dough and never overcooked. True masters of Neapolitan pizza (the original, well-rolled, soft, and easy to digest). One of the top 5 pizzerias in Sarno and the surrounding area. EDIT After six years, my opinion remains the same. The best pizza in Sarno and the surrounding area, by miles and miles. Also try Mario's artisanal panettone. You won't regret it!

Excellent pizza, clean and characteristic place!

I visited Pizzeria Officina della Pizza in Sarno and was truly impressed. The place is modern, comfortable, and well-kept, with a pleasant atmosphere made even more pleasant by the Italian background music, perfect for creating a relaxing atmosphere without disturbing anyone who wants to converse. The menu offers several types of pizza: contemporary, traditional, rolled out with a rolling pin, on a peel, and a brand new pizza that I'll definitely try next time: the steamed, deep-fried, and finally baked pizza, a true house specialty. The pizzas are truly excellent, made with quality ingredients. I personally chose the rolled out version, and I must say that the very thin dough provides a formidable crunch: a pleasure to bite into and incredibly light. The service also deserves a mention: the waiters are helpful, courteous, and always attentive, without ever being intrusive. In short, a place that combines innovation, quality, and comfort. Highly recommended!
