È stata la cena migliore del nostro soggiorno in puglia..bel locale camerieri celeri,ottimi i primi soprattutto le orecchiette e buona la frittura di pesce.porzioni belle generose.vino della casa molto buono.il liquore di limoni molto buono ci è stato offerto

Personale eccezionale, il signore che ci ha accolti all'entrata e ci ha dato squisiti consigli :) I ragazzi al banco suuuuper gentili e carini e poi cosa dire della cucina..? Super :) Che bel posto..come sentirsi a casa!

18/05/2025: It is the right restaurant in Bari to understand the soul of the territory. Giorgia and Gianni have collected antiques to create a place that reflects the Bari of Umberto. They searched for recipes, found suppliers, trained the young chef to put traditional dishes back on the table. This is how I was able to appreciate the difference between sgagliozze and panzerotti made as they should be and those sold to tourists... And then a series of local dishes such as Tiella made with arborio rice, thinly sliced ​​potatoes, stringy cheese and mussels... all cooked in a crock. Terramina is a name that perfectly captures the aspiration of the owners and managers: to make known the most authentic soul of that Land.

06/07/2025: Very friendly and attentive staff. Excellent cuisine and a beautiful courtyard garden. I'd love to come back.
06/07/2025: Many interesting dishes to try here. We had a giant burrata filled with small mozarella balls, as well as the spaghetti alla Assasina. Both were really tasty and went great with the wine.
