Cultural restaurant definitely worth trying for a different culinary experience. Particular and unique flavors and combinations; certainly much more convenient to follow their fixed menus so you can taste everything and at the same time entertain your palate. Serious and helpful staff. Particular and welcoming location

Un buon ristorante, nell’arredo un po’ datato, il personale gentile e disponibile. Molto apprezzati gli assaggi di benvenuto, piatti ben presentati e deliziosi, non mi è piaciuto il dessert, ma forse per gusto personale.

a little more expensive than average but worth those euros

I had a great time at the Officina Culturale in Perugia, I was there on two different occasions. The menu was refined and full of original flavours, while the service was impeccable thanks to the waitresses Alessandra (the first time) and Maria Chiara (the second time), always kind and professional. An experience to repeat!

New Year's Eve dinner... nice and welcoming environment. We were 2 couples, we ate well, especially the starters, then everything went downhill little by little. One positive thing was the quantities, at the end of the evening we were all full. Too bad they made us spend midnight in the restaurant without Brindisi or grapes.

Excellent experience. Pleasant location. Particular menu and well-executed dishes. Fast service and very friendly staff. Absolutely honest price, less than 50 euros each.

Truly sublime dinner... Everything truly fantastic

Posto arredato in modo piacevole e discretamente elegante. Cucina elaborata quanto basta per apprezzare tutto ciò che si è mangiato. Tra gli assaggi iniziali menzione per la zuppa con zenzero e ananas. La nota piccante è presente in gran parte delle portate compresi i broccoli in diverse consistenze e gli spaghetti al nero di seppia e tonno. Buono il pesce spada con mortadella e ananas, ottimi i maccheroncini spinaci, ragù di maialino e crema di finocchio fermentato. Eccellenti i dolci: il semifreddo allo zenzero ricoperto di cioccolato e crema di carote ed arance e la Portokalopita ovvero un dolce all'arancia. Bella le selezione di caffè che è stata preceduta da una piccola pasticceria con note sorprendenti come l'accoppiata tra cioccolato bianco e gorgonzola. Prezzi convenienti vista la qualità dei piatti; tutto questo più due calici di Franciacorta per cento euro in due.
