Totally anonymous and poor quality food. Embarrassing service. With each course that arrived, no one had cleared away the previous one. One more star for the cellar.
Price totally out of the market for the quality and service.

We were very dissatisfied with the dinner at this restaurant recommended by the Michelen guide. First of all, the very inattentive and sometimes rude service, we chose the tasting menu and half of the dishes were not even explained to us. The pre-dessert was almost thrown on the table without any description of what was served to us (especially if you serve a chocolate with a gorgonzola heart you have to describe to me what you are bringing me). For dessert we waited over 30 minutes, without any of the waiters stopping to ask us if we were waiting for other dishes. Furthermore, some dishes were brought to us before the cutlery and, even worse, the fork was not always changed. In a restaurant of this level, reported in the Michelen guide, this is unacceptable.
Moving on to the menu, none of the dishes convinced us. The cuttlefish with onion sauce were almost inedible, the onion was raw and no other flavor could be tasted. The spinach fusilli were completely ruined by the excess of fennel seeds, while the roll was bitter due to too much rosemary. In addition to the menu, we also had the mussel and potato risotto because we had seen it in the reviews and it really inspired us. Even here, however, you could only taste the sweet flavor of the potatoes while the mussels were not tasted at all. The only dishes that were saved were the swordfish, the spaghetti with squid ink (although with some defects) and the sturgeon, even if here the black cherry topping (probably purchased and added to the dish) had absolutely nothing to do with it and ruined a dish that would otherwise have been excellent. The dessert was not bad.
Overall a negative experience. The price was very honest, the cost of the 7-course tasting menu is 55.

All in all a very good experience, we preferred to opt for an a la carte menu, well presented and well prepared dishes, excellent bread products, shame about one of the two desserts which was decidedly bitter, excellent and well looked after service at an excellent price. The place was poorly maintained in some places where there was a lot of dust.
Slightly high value for money.

I've been frequenting the place for a while with friends and I've already given it 5 stars. But tonight I experienced, on my own, the place in an aperitif version (which in reality is almost an aperitif). I must say that I felt well pampered by both the service and the environment, adequate quantities and a good choice of wines, I left neither too full nor too hungry. Congratulations also for this different look which adds points to the place

Cultural restaurant definitely worth trying for a different culinary experience.
Particular and unique flavors and combinations; certainly much more convenient to follow their fixed menus so you can taste everything and at the same time entertain your palate.

Molto apprezzati gli assaggi di benvenuto, piatti ben presentati e deliziosi, non mi è piaciuto il dessert, ma forse per gusto personale.

Posto arredato in modo piacevole e discretamente elegante.
Cucina elaborata quanto basta per apprezzare tutto ciò che si è mangiato.
Tra gli assaggi iniziali menzione per la zuppa con zenzero e ananas.
La nota piccante è presente in gran parte delle portate compresi i broccoli in diverse consistenze e gli spaghetti al nero di seppia e tonno.
Buono il pesce spada con mortadella e ananas, ottimi i maccheroncini spinaci, ragù di maialino e crema di finocchio fermentato.
Eccellenti i dolci: il semifreddo allo zenzero ricoperto di cioccolato e crema di carote ed arance e la Portokalopita ovvero un dolce all'arancia.
Bella le selezione di caffè che è stata preceduta da una piccola pasticceria con note sorprendenti come l'accoppiata tra cioccolato bianco e gorgonzola.
Prezzi convenienti vista la qualità dei piatti; tutto questo più due calici di Franciacorta per cento euro in due.
