I've been frequenting the place for a while with friends and I've already given it 5 stars. But tonight I experienced, on my own, the place in an aperitif version (which in reality is almost an aperitif). I must say that I felt well pampered by both the service and the environment, adequate quantities and a good choice of wines, I left neither too full nor too hungry. Congratulations also for this different look which adds points to the place

Phenomenal 6 course vegetarian tasting menu and experience!! We had such a delicious meal and learned so much. 6 courses plus crackers, bread, 2 appetizers. Awesome service and answered questions. Interesting and spot on combination of flavors, creative approach. Loved it!

Elegant venue, very kind and attentive staff (from cutlery to bringing the first course already divided for 2 people), very varied menu with special combinations and high quality products.

A unique atmosphere. One-of-a-kind cuisine, both in quality and preparation. A pleasure for the palate and the senses.

Constructive criticisms: 1- Given the high-quality culinary offerings, I would consider developing a clearly defined wine pairing proposal for the tasting menus. 2- I would create an entirely digital menu, accessible via QR Code (also useful for making changes as needed based on seasonal product variations, consistent with the restaurant's philosophy and concept). I would eliminate paper (which is unclear and unpopular), and integrate the digital version with a detailed description of the preparation and ingredients of each dish, or a sample photo of the finished dish (to achieve a decisive WOW effect). 3- Given the limited data coverage within the restaurant, I would provide diners with two QR Codes (per person): the first for easy access to Wi-Fi, the second to consult the menu (tasting and à la carte) and wine list. For the rest... Overall, an excellent experience objectively speaking: 8/9 of the 13 dishes we tasted were pleasantly surprised with remarkable intensity, 3/4 dishes were very interesting but less palatable, and 2/3 dishes were subjectively unimpressive (i.e., "de gustibus non disputandum est"). We thoroughly enjoyed the entrée and the artisanal bread/breadsticks/etc., perhaps the most exceptional element if we think in terms of "a good start to the day begins in the morning." There was a wide selection of wines, and the three recommended by the glass (orange, rosé, and red) were excellent. Location & Target: The restaurant is structured into three spaces, each with a moderately sophisticated but pleasant atmosphere. Although there was no one to greet us upon arrival (5 minutes), I don't feel I should penalize the service rating with this review, which nevertheless has room for improvement in terms of professionalism. Suitable for dinner/lunch with colleagues/friends and for couples (as in our case)... Perhaps less so for families. Although the restaurant appears new/recently renovated, I would make some improvements to the interior design/organization. Easy access, but parking is a bit difficult. Incidental factor: the bathrooms could be improved (I'm not referring to cleanliness, but rather to soap and paper towels, which could be placed in special dispensers). Conclusion: high-quality cuisine, excellent value, and limited room for improvement in the service. I would gladly return as soon as possible and would be delighted to see improvements as part of our ongoing commitment to continuous improvement.

Very good restaurant with creative cuisine and very friendly service

Stumbled in by chance for a vegetarian lunch and left with a memorable dining experience. We only planned on pasta, but the wines, service, and setting made us linger. Excellent value, too. Don’t miss the Pievasciata Toscana 2018 if you like a deeper red, and the organic Pinot Grigio (white) is equally worth trying.

Definitely overrated food for a Michelin-rated restaurant, wine shop stocked with wines unfortunately badly preserved, service not very attentive. On the other hand, the place is pleasant and the price is adequate, but I wouldn't go back.
