What's the idea? I couldn't find the meaning of the project of this restaurant, I couldn't understand what it wanted to convey through its dishes.
2 stars for the food as the risotto with orange and carrot, red tuna bottarga and Modena balsamic had practically the same seasoning as the raw appetizer of red prawn, almond and ACE and this from a restaurant present in a Michelin Guide not I expect it so much that the dish was cloying.
The quantities of food between the starter and the first course were unbalanced, too little in the starter and really too much in the first course.
Regarding the sweet Coconut and Passion Fruit, zero aesthetics, lots of coconut and little passion fruit; At first glance it looked like a large buffalo mozzarella.
I had high expectations and was disappointed, dishes with little character almost to be as accessible as possible.
You are not a normal restaurant, you are a restaurant in a Michelin Guide. Advice: Dare and narrow the circle of customers to avoid serving schnitzel and chips to children while you explain the design of your dishes to me.
2 stars for the service because it was too fast and too oppressive in asking for opinions on the dishes. If your restaurant project is to create an experience, this way you risk making people run away.
3 stars ultimately because I liked Sirolo and because in restaurants like this I don't question the quality of the food.
5 stars for the environment because the restaurant with open space kitchen is located in a wonderful building in terms of architecture and the garden overlooking the sea.

I have returned many times because in addition to the very welcoming place (spectacular view) and impeccable service, the cuisine has always managed to combine the flavors and peculiarities of the territory with measured and therefore appreciable innovation.

Super positive experience both for the quality of the food (we ordered raw, a first course and a second course), and for the staff who are very professional and friendly.
Interesting selection of wines on the menu for enthusiasts.
Finally, the view of the sea and Monte Conero which alone is worth the price of the ticket.
We will return and recommend to everyone for a romantic dinner.

Dinner on the terrace with a sea view a little blocked by the trees below, certainly the tables outside have a better view.
For the rest we ate very well, all high quality products and very fresh fish.
4 stars for the service because although the guys were super kind and prepared we had to wait more than an hour to receive something to eat.

I had dinner here last night, outdoors with a sea view until darkness fell. Young, polite and professional staff. The quality of the food was very high and I also really liked how the dishes were presented. I highly recommend it.

We had dinner last night and were thrilled. The location is beautiful and if the weather permits you can eat on the terrace from which you can enjoy a wonderful view. The staff were welcoming, professional and very friendly.
We opted for a tasting menu
and we can only compliment the chef and the whole team.
The food was excellent, the dishes tasty with combinations
which we really appreciated and above all light and digestible, for us really the best. We highly recommend a stop in this place, you won't regret it

The Officina offers an interesting gourmand menu, we enjoyed a good dinner: the excellent risotto! Top cooking and mix of flavors! The restaurant is located in a pleasant position overlooking Mount Conero and the sea below. The structure of the building is very attractive and designer with contemporary and welcoming interior furnishings, unfortunately the space with the outdoor tables (terrace/garden) is not up to the level of the interior. The tables rest on a fake grass lawn, surrounded by pots with bare plants and bordering a car park where cars arrive and leave, not at all pleasant when you are eating. A platform with a screen would be adequate for the chic and refined style which inspires it . If I returned I would definitely book a table inside!
