Beginning was light and crisp with Italian sparkling white, followed by starters made with attention and creativity. Main courses were hearty - full of flavour and aromas. Dessert sounded simple - mascarpone with wild berries. But it was an explosion of flavours and texture. Well.. don’t judge the book by its cover.. Nice wine pairing just rounded my great birthday evening. If you want to get food, don’t go there as this is the place to experience new or unusual flavours and enjoy the creativity of the chef.

A truly positive experience. The new waiters need a little more training, but the experienced staff knows their stuff. The food is truly excellent, experimental and at times dreamlike; I think you can feel the influence of the great chef Uliassi. The wine list is very interesting. I recommend trying the tasting menus, which are truly delicious. Reservations are required, and you'll have to wait a bit for the courses, but it's worth it.

Amazing sunset views, one of the best in Sirolo. Service was excellent: friendly, attentive, and professional. Not a single note to improve there. The food, however, didn’t quite match the setting. Maybe it was an off night. Underwhelming and not great value for money. Still, the overall experience (thanks to the incredible views and exceptional service) made it worth the visit. My tip: go for the sunset, and stick to à la carte.

The terrace is very beautiful and quiet. The service is extremely attentive and welcoming. As for the food: simply excellent, both in quality and creativity. The wine pairing: perfect. We will be back very soon

An elegant and very formal place. The staff was kind, polite, and professional. The food was very good and meticulously prepared, with unique and very interesting flavor contrasts. The fish was showcased beautifully in every dish. The wine cellar was well-stocked and the wines were of a certain caliber, catering for all tastes. The price was high, but worth it. The kitchen staff was extremely organized (I was next to the kitchen, and everything was visible). The level of cleanliness, both in the restaurant and in the kitchen itself, deserves a special mention.

21/06/2025: They recommended it to us. The best! Large, clean room surrounded by greenery. You don't need air conditioning because it's divine. Then there's an outdoor pool and the food is divine. If I go back I'll definitely stay.
01/06/2025: The ideal place to stay and eat in peace. Spectacular food. Kindness and courtesy of the managers. Cows grazing and the donkey that wakes you up in the morning. Priceless.
