Excellent both as a restaurant and as a pizzeria, very welcoming place and space but the highlight is the service, fast and impeccable. Prices in line with the quality offered.

We had a very nice stay at the Hotel Lodenwirt. The friendliness of the staff is particularly noteworthy. All employees always had a smile on their faces and were always attentive and helpful (especially the waiter Matthias, who impressed us with his top service on the last evening). We were also pleasantly surprised that we received the South Tyrol Pass for our stay, which allows free use of public transport and entry to various museums. Food great! Bicycle garage sloping, disorganized and too small. Breakfast was quite cluttered and disorganized at times. The mega spotlights in front of the hotel are annoying. Very disturbing when sleeping. As are the streets in front and behind. Follow up: The hotel's reaction now says even more about the hotel than one would wish.

Very good hotel, we had an unpleasant surprise arriving in our room which was not made up. This was corrected directly and we were allocated a new, more spacious room.

My father and I stayed at the Hotel Lodenwirt for three nights for our hiking holiday in the Dolomites and our stay was excellent. Arrival and reception: Thanks to the early online check-in, the greeting at reception and checking into the room were very quick and uncomplicated. The staff were friendly and efficient, making our stay a pleasant start. Room: Our room was very spacious and the bathroom was excellently equipped with a shower, bidet, toilet, washbasin and a large mirror. The beds had two mattresses, which contributed to an undisturbed sleep. The balcony had a view of the busy main road, which was quiet at night, and some beautiful green mountains. The only points worth noting are the lack of air conditioning, which is understandable as it is usually cool in the region and the sudden temperature fluctuations in the shower. Culinary experiences: On the first evening we enjoyed a pizza on the hotel's large and beautiful terrace. This pizza is truly the best in the region, if not beyond. On the second evening we were treated excellently by the service and the owner couple. The Bisteca Fiorentina came with various side dishes and was cooked perfectly medium rare. Thanks to the meat sommelier's fantastic advice, nothing could go wrong. The wine accompaniment, a regional pearl, was also recommended and was a perfect match. The wine list is very extensive and offers everything a wine lover's heart desires. On the third evening we enjoyed a Wiener Schnitzel on the terrace, which was again fantastic. It's really nice to see that the owners get involved themselves and serve the guests with such passion and joy. Breakfast: The breakfast buffet opened at 7 a.m. and offered everything you needed to start the day well. The selection was varied and of high quality. Conclusion: We really enjoyed our stay and would like to thank the best hosts Thomas and Sandra for their exceptional hospitality. The Hotel Lodenwirt is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy, and we would love to come back.
