Locanda Viola In Pagazzano

Upon entering the restaurant, we were welcomed with the same warmth that can be found when going to the home of long-time friends. The location undoubtedly stands out from the context in which it is located and the interiors are in industrial style: modern and sober, with a few touches of color here that I personally appreciated very much. The food is sublime: a journey around the world (journey is actually the name of one of the tasting menus) to discover the dishes and delicacies of countries even overseas. We opted for the à la carte menu and fish dishes: enthusiastic. I particularly appreciated the entrée, a Chilean batter with diced cherry tomatoes on top: very simple but extremely tasty so much so that I asked for seconds and being satisfied was very much appreciated. In short: we will be back!

This is one of those restaurants where I leave my heart. Refined and refined industrial design... each table has its own identity and representation. Sublime food and hospitality. The owners are a beautiful couple and they transmit it in the dishes, in the style and in the relationship with the customer. Eat here! Some of the best food I’ve had in Italy. Everything was exceptional including the innovative tiramisu. You won’t be disappointed!

A refined, particular, designer, very welcoming environment. Top food...particular dishes, with high quality Italian ingredients, with oriental influences. Elaborate dishes but at the same time with simple, engaging and tasty flavours. Compliments to the two capable young owners, who make you feel welcomed and pamper you during the meal.

Livello alto in tutti i sensi !!! Locale curato nei dettagli , chef Filippo meraviglioso , Giulia carinissima e molto capace con i clienti . Una piccola chicca a Pagazzano, un posto dove poter gustare piatti originali e ben serviti . Cura del cliente . Sicuramente da provare perché pranzare / cenare alla Locandq Viola e’ UN’ESPERIENZA di vita !!!

Come letto già in altre recensioni … Andare da Giulia e Filippo non è un semplice pranzo/cena bensì è un’esperienza!! E direi da provare !! Locale molto carino e curato nel dettaglio . Giulia gentilissima ,super disponibile e sa metterti a proprio agio . Il cibo .. il vero protagonista !!da loro puoi assaggiare cibi diversi , internazionali , squisiti , curati nel minimo dettaglio e impiattati con originalità. Io sono sempre soddisfatta ogni volta che vado da loro e continuerò ad andarci! Grazie Giulia e Filippo … continuate così !!!!
