I had dinner at the hotel by invitation. The menu was quite refined, with elaborate, delicious dishes, combining Piedmontese tradition with contemporary variations.

simply wonderful, a very well-kept garden that runs alongside the internal parking lot, a truly spacious and very clean room and bathroom, but what is striking is the attention to detail, a level of originality, an evident search for materials and their use to furnish, all enriched by the welcome of the two managers who make you feel at home with friends. truly a very pleasant experience

We chose this restaurant for Sunday lunch and it was a really good choice. The place is very nice and well-kept, with a beautiful green lawn and decorations in Cantry chic style. The service was impeccable. I really liked the dishes I chose: beautiful presentation, successful combinations and everything really very good. The price is quite high: we spent over €300 for five, but it was worth it.

a hidden gem! very well-kept and clean rooms, fabulous breakfast. The attached restaurant (with a discount for those who stay overnight) is truly top-notch! What makes the difference, however, are the owners, very friendly and attentive to every little need and requirement, especially with the little ones.

27/08/2025: A very pleasant Italian dinner after a walk. Very attentive service, a beautifully presented and delicious zucchini and tomato tian, a succulent "conilio," and an original panna cotta! Reasonably priced.
25/08/2025: Excellent restaurant right in the center of Sauze d'Oulx. Very good dishes, traditional but with a touch of innovation. The staff were very attentive and accommodating; I really appreciated the choice of round tables for groups (there were six of us). Prices were absolutely in line with the quality of the food. I found the water price a bit high (3.50 for 1 liter of filtered house water), but highly recommended.
